Kateřina Macáková, Ph.D. Title of the diploma thesis: Interaction of chalcones with transition metals II. Copper is one of the essencial elements in human body which is involved in the functioning of many enzymes and metabolic pathways. Although it appears in trace amounts in the body, its functions are irreplaceable. However, the ion level must be kept in balance by the various mechanisms of the body. If there is an excess or deficiency of copper in the body, this condition can lead to the development of health issues. Chalcones are substances belonging to the group of flavonoids. Their polyphenolic structure does not have a closed ring C. Studies describe their anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antidiabetic, antibacterial, antioxidant, immunosuppressive and other properties. Chosen substances in the group of dihydrochalcones (naringin dihydrochalcone, neohesperidin dihydrochalcone, phloretin, phlorizin) and chalcones (isoliquiritigenin, licochalcone A) were tested for their chelation and reduction activity of the copper ions in this diploma thesis. Liquidation of inheritance from the side of liquidation administrator of inheritance

The diploma thesis is focused on the civil law institute of liquidation of inheritance, in this wording the term first has been implemented by Act no. 292/2013 Coll., Code on Special Court Proceedings., which came into force in 2014. The aim of the diploma thesis is to introduce the reader the term liquidation of inheritance and liquidation administrator of inheritance activity starting from appointment liquidation administrator of inheritance. The thesis offers author's reflection on the growing trend in the number of ordered liquidations of inheritance at the suggestion of the state and its consequences. To sufficiently illustrate the issue, the thesis contains appendices that better reflect the activities of liquidator administrator of inheritance, the inheritance court and the court commissioner. The thesis is divided into seven parts, the first part of the thesis introduces the reader to the issue and explains to the reader the reasons why the author decided to write thesis about this topic. The second part deals with the institute of liquidation of inheritance itself and the preconditions that must be fulfilled in order for the liquidation of inheritance to be ordered by a court. Recobdition programm after ACL injurie in alpine skiing

Title: Reconditioning program after ACL injury in alpine skiing. Objectives: The main goal of my work is to describe the general procedure in the rehabilitation and reconditioning program after an injury to the anterior cruciate ligament, which was caused by fall in alpine skiing. Methods: The work is written in the form of literary research. I drew from available books on alpine skiing, physiological and anatomical textbooks. I searched for terms such as sports injuries, mechanisms of injuries in sports, anterior cruciate ligament, rehabilitation program, reconditioning program. Results: A set of post ACL surgery excersises for alpine shiers. The result is a program that I compiled. It has been discussed and approved by the physiotherapists and fitness trainers working in sports and alpine skiing. My work serves as a general rehabilitation and reconditioning instruction after anterior cruciate ligament surgery. Individual periods of return with gradual loading of the operated limb are discussed. The set of exercises is designed for a professional skier to help him return to racing. Nursing Care of Infusion Lines

The bachelor thesis deals with issues of handling an infusion line. The thesis describes the infusion line, its components and an extra chapter is devoted needleless connectors. It also includes procedures of using infusion lines and needleless connectors which are recommended not only by The International Association of Infusion Nurses (INS), but also by The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The work also describes complications of nosocomial infections that are related to handling the infusion line. In the practical part, I have made the results of the survey, which was aimed at the servicing infusion lines. The questionnaire was completed by nurses and midwives at Podřipský hospital and the health centre in Roudnice nad Labem. From the obtained data, I have found out that 81.82% of respondents use when working with the infusion line needleless connectors. On the contrary bacterial filters in the catheter sepsis prevention are not used at all. Next I have found out that 98.18% of respondents carry out the hygienic disinfection of hands before using the infusion line.

Dramaturgy as skill of adventure pedagogue

The work deals mainly with teaching dramaturgy, particularly dramaturgy in the pedagogy of experience. At the beginning are the best known examples of species dramaturgy occuring at the present time, which can include dramaturgy of film and theater. After the definition of dramaturgy in terms of educational and precise definition of that term in experiential education. To understand the kontext of this specific discipline are given theoretical pillars of dramaturgy and dividing by stage, from initial idea to the implementation of the course or program. The word is getting a dramturgical wave, preferebly the dramaturgical arc and feat, their examples and use in practice. Theme at the end of those examples of the use of dramaturgy in specific conditions.
