Organizační kultura - to je fenomén, který se zejména v posledních desetiletích objevil v hledáčku manažerů i teoretiků. Proč tomu tak je? Nakolik podniková kultura ovlivňuje chod a výkon organizace? A co je to vlastně ta "organizační kultura"? Na tyto a mnohé další otázky jsem se snažila ve své bakalářské práci odpovědět. Kulturu v organizaci jsem přitom chápala jakožto esenci, podnikový duch; něco, co je těžko uchopitelné, ale na druhou stranu velice důležité nejen pro vlastní fungování organizace, ale také pro identifikaci jednotlivých členů uvnitř organizace. Postupně jsem v odborné literatuře objevovala nové a nové poznatky, které mi pomohly alespoň částečně odkrýt mnohá tajemství okolo tohoto jevu a nutno přiznat, že to byla práce zajímavá, přínosná a z praktického hlediska velice obohacující. Cílem a obsahem této bakalářské práce je tedy jednak nahlédnout na podnikovou kulturu z teoretické roviny, tj. postihnout její podstatu, prvky a různá pojetí, které se v odborné literatuře objevují a za druhé prozkoumat vznik, vývoj a změny podnikové kultury na praktickém příkladu. Pro tento účel jsem si vybrala firemní kulturu společnosti Hewlett-Packard, což je společnost, která bezesporu disponuje silnou organizační kulturou a která si za dobu své existence prošla zajímavým a pestrým vývojem. Explicit Depictions in Contemporary Japanese Literature

In thesis "Explicit depictions of contemporary Japanese literature" I deal with contemporary prose literature describing problems of nowadays Japanese society. In the first part I define taboo and chose suitable novels for the need of this work. I focus on different types of characters - freeters, foreigners, social outsiders and victims. Next I take Murakami Ry's literature as an example of explicit depictions and show different ways of processing and various topics chosen by the author. Then I compare and contrast his work with selected prose of younger writer Kanehara Hitomi, who represents the literature of female authors in contemporary Japan. In conclusion I discuss the aesthetic function of literature of explicit depictions and its position in the field of art. By comparing and contrasting the various novels I reach my own characteristic of contemporary Japanese literature of explicit depictions.

Reimbursement of costs in trial proceedings and enforcement proceedings

This diploma thesis Reimbursement of costs in trial proceedings and enforcement proceedings describes the main aspects related to reimbursement of costs in the two kinds of civil procedure. Reimbursement of costs is seen as a secondary topic, but can cause serious property issues to the parties. The purpose of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive look at the issue of reimbursement of costs in trial and enforcement proceedings. The thesis is composed of an introduction, two main sections which are dealing with reimbursement of costs in trial proceedings and reimbursement of costs in the enforcement proceedings and conclusion. In the introduction I'm dealing with the reasons why I've chosen this topic. The actual text of the thesis is divided into two main parts - reimbursement of costs in trial proceedings and reimbursement of costs in the enforcement proceedings. The first part deals with selected kinds of costs, with an emphasis on case law, and also deals with the issues connected with the abolition of regulation No. 484/2000 Coll. A picture of "male" and "female" character in Yukio's literary work

V bakalářské práci "Portrét "muže" a "ženy" v dílech Mišimy Jukia" se zabývám rozborem mužských a ženských postav v pěti vybraných dílech tohoto autora- ve Zpovědi Masky, Žízni po lásce, Hukotu příboje, Zlatém pavilonu a Odpoledním vlečném člunu. První část práce je věnována rozboru přístupu k tématu a způsobu vnímání literárních postav. Každé z pěti knih se věnuji zvlášť. Čtenáři ulehčuji orientaci v nich uvedením do děje. Dále srovnávám jednotlivé postavy knih a v následující části hledám paralely mezi jednotlivými díly a jejich hlavními postavami. Snažím se je konfrontovat i s osobním prožitkem autora a prolínáním jeho osobnosti do postav. Nedílnou součástí práce je i kapitola uvádějící základní informace ze ·Života autora a osvětlující dobové pozadí a pohnutky, které Mišimu k napsání těchto knih vedly. Navíc v jeho dílech nalézáme i autobiografické prvky, k jejichž porozumění nám Mišimův osobní život slouží. V příloze uvádím seznam vybraných děl a přikládám několik fotografií autora.

Effectiveness of treatment of chronic forms of atrial fibrillation by radiofrequency catheter ablation, application of preventive stimulation modes and hybrid therapies

Výsledky naší studie nám umožňují odpovědět na hlavní cíl studie: Pomocí paměťových záznamů z kardiostimulátoru jsme prokázali největší efektivitu na potlačení FS kombinovanou terapií, tedy radiofrekvenční katetrizační ablací a aktivovanými preventivními funkcemi kardiostimulátoru. Hodnocení celkové zátěže FS, které jsme měli umožněné díky paměťovým funkcím KS prokázalo výrazně lepší výsledky u skupiny C, 63% vyléčených ( FS=0), proti skupině B, která měla úspěšnost léčby 45% ( FS=0) a skupina A pouze 30% ( FS=0). Ad 1 Do naší studie byli zařazeni nemocní s chronickými typy FS, ze 150 nemocných bylo 39 nemocných ( 26%) ve stadiu permanentní FS, 111 nemocných (74%) mělo persistující FS, vyžadující pro výrazné potíže a hemodynamický dopad opakované kardioverze. Ve všech skupinách jsme prokazovali významné zlepšení ( ve skupině A mělo v závěru studie devět nemocných permanentní FS. Ve skupině B to byl jeden nemocný a ve skupině v C měli čtyři nemocní permanentní. Ve skupině C bylo nejvíce nemocných s nulovou zátěží FS ( celkem 24 nemocných). Ad 2 Posouzení kvality života-srovnání dotazníků před randomizací a po dvanácti měsících ukazuje nejlepší výsledek u skupiny C, i když u celého souboru došlo vlivem léčby ke zlepšení kvality života. This work deals with the creation of a business plan to build up a new sports and relaxation centre near Tábor city. It describes current market situation of sports and relaxation services in this city as well as the processing of marketing research and the business plan itself. The business plan includes an executive summary, company presentation, the description of products and marketing mix, human resources, operational planning, financial analysis, risk analysis and conclusion. The decision whether to go through with this centre will be based on this work.

Asylum policy of the Czech Republic within the EU

This thesis addresses asylum policy from an ethical perspective. The research question is whether the asylum policy of the EU and Czech Republic needs to be as restrictive as it is at the moment. The thesis examines several theoretical approaches to asylum policy, with emphasis in ethical issues. From this perspective, the humanitarian principle is drawn and subsequently applied to the current EU and Czech asylum policy. The hypothesis is that it is possible to adopt a more flexible and open asylum policy in the EU and Czech Republic, with very limited impact on the national and supranational expenditures. The core part of the thesis presents a critical evaluation of EU and Czech asylum policy. The aim of the thesis is to elaborate specific practical recommendations for the future development of the EU and Czech asylum policy.
