This diploma thesis deals with the marketing audit of customer satisfaction. In the theoretical part are presented the basic terms and definitions related to marketing, marketing audit, marketing research, services and customer satisfaction. In the next part, marketing audit, questionnaire survey and calculation of NPS and customer satisfaction index are performed with the help of theoretical knowledge. The final draft section contains a discussion of the results and recommendations for changes.

It analyzes the main reasons and benefits of implementing process management in the company. Specifies the different areas where it is possible to implement process management, and compares the practicality of this implementation with the theoretical knowledge. The last section describes processes and models created by some of these processes in an company, engaged in retail sales at a distance.

However is suitable for everyone who wants a simple open source applications for test case management which covers needs of small teams. Application is free of charge. The thesis consist of two main parts. First part is theoretical and aim to analysis and description of application and the second one are source codes. In the first part are also described used technologies.

This thesis focuses in production business and its management. Theses propose and describe a manufacturing process for particular product. Production process is based on an analysis of final product. Production is scheduled in process form, so it includes process maps of production stages. Simultaneously with the planning, it also determines human needs for production, and calculation of its economics. Thesis also deals with the issue of product quality and suggests way to ensure quality in production.

The goal of this thesis is to create overview about cryptographic hash fiction. In the first part is explained what general hash function is with its use. Follows specification of cryptographic hash function with a description of the most common construction. The next chapter is focused on application of cryptographic hash function in practice with emphasis to digital signature. After this chapter is attention paid to security. At the end are presented the most popular and the most important representatives of cryptographic hash function.

The aim of this thesis was to create a business plan for the establishment of cafes and determine whether it would be better to lease or operate the café. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes business, profile businessmen and business women and the various components of a business plan. The practical part consists of the actual business plan and components defined in the theoretical part. In the end, the reader learns whether is better to run or to lease the cafe.

I continued exact using of the money in period 2004 - 2006. A add also description of the structural politics EU 2007 - 2013, stuctural funds and operating programes in the same period.
