The first part focuses on the theoretical apparatus that helps to understand consumers' predispositions, lifestyle and purchasing decision process in general. The second part concentrates on biscuits and wafers and the current situation. The third practical part deals with the results of marketing research of consumers in biscuits and wafers category.

Analysis of Various Service Provisioning Practices

The topic of the thesis focuses on the analysis of various service provisioning practices from the view point of a prospect customer organization. Introductory part of the thesis summarizes the actual challenges of IS/ICT for an appropriate business alignment, defines the theoretical foundations of sourcing and ICT services, considering the contemporary state of these fields. Moreover, it identifies the related areas of these fields, like enterprise architecture, IS/ICT management, and systems integration. The central part deals with the identification and analysis of the areas that influence the decision making of ICT service sourcing. Results of this analysis are summarized and further developed by creating a framework to assist companies in deciding the most suited ICT sourcing solution. Within this framework the thesis summarizes important criteria to be considered for a much suited ICT service provisioning practice. It details the prerequisites for the use of this approach and its limitations. Subsequently, it presents an evaluation of certain ICT services within the SaaS market, that could be applicable in the enterprise environment. Finally, the thesis provides a simplified case study, demonstrating a required mindset for exercising the framework in practice.
The analysis of positions of Volkswagen brand in the market of new cars in Czech Republic.

The purpose of my thesis is use of various methods of multicriterial evaluation of alternatives in a reality, and particularly the estimation of positions of Volkswagen brand at the market of new cars in Czech Republic and which positions do they take in comparison with other carmakers. The following purpose was to help customers who are going to get to itself the car. The aim was to order cars in each of 10 classes on the basis of results of each method. For my analysis I use methods WSA, TOPSIS and ELECTRE III. For calculations I used MS Excel and program SANNA.

It includes decription of each media channel (TV, radio, press and internet), the mathematical model and it's computation based on two methods and a real-life example.

The presented Bachelor thesis is focused on a logistic sector of a chosen enterprise. It solves primarily the problem of transportation and forwarding. Based on identifiable data, it focuses on the analysis of chosen factors from logistics. The thesis makes full use of available information. Golem Company has been chosen for the analysis of a transportation system. It is a company with a well-built hinterland and specializes primarily in transportation of goods using road freight service. The solved factor is the analysis of variants for foreign trips. It describes the way drivers are used to their full capacity, possible saving of time, the AETR contract. Another logistic factor solved in this thesis is an analysis of a correct decision-making. Organizational incorporation of logistics takes the first place in this firm.

This bachelor thesis is about the decision making process in entrepreneurship. Step by step it defines the word as managerial decision making, and knowledge management. These two disciplines is in Business Intelligence, which gives the data into undestandable form. One of the system that uses Business Intelligence is also customer realtionship management. It is a system, which helps to organise the realtionships with customers, collects data and gives very valuable source of information, according to which the company can make the decision about its next steps in business. The second part is about usage of CRM in AIESEC organisation, which uses CRM on everydaybase. The aim of the thesis is to suppose the solution for this CRM so it can be used in the wider role, to support the decision making in AIESEC, and make it more efficient, quick and smooth. There are two suggested options in the thesis. From these chose one, which is according to the criteria more suitable for AIESEC.

Tato bakalářská práce se úzce týká výuky manažerských her a dává si za cíl navrhnout inovaci výuky ze studentského pohledu. Analyzováním studentských manažerských her vytvořených v minulém semestru jsou v práci objasněny rysy a prvky kvalitní manažerské hry. Dále je zde vytvořen manuál pro jejich vývoj jako metodický prvek pro studenty v příštích semestrech a časový plán tvorby manažerských her v průběhu semestru. Skutečným přínosem práce je tedy návrh inovace výuky manažerských her v předmětu 4SA414 ? Systémy pro podporu rozhodování.
