Shrnutí: Cílem práce Je vytvoření marketingového plánu bowlingového centra RADAVA SC v Praze. Práce je rozdělena na tři základní části. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody, způsoby a teoretická východiska, které jsem při tvorbě marketingového plánu použil nebo z nichž jsem čerpal. Analytická část je zaměřena na jednotlivé analýzy, které byly prakticky využity. Obsahem syntetické části diplomové práce je návrh marketingového plánu bowlingového centra RADAVA SC Shrnutí v anglickém jazyce: The aim of the study is creation of Marketing Pian of RADAVA SC bowling centre in Prague. The study is divided into three parts. Theories and ways which I used in the process of creation of marketing pian are described in the theoretical part. The analytical part is focused on specific analyses which were utilized practically. The concept of marketing pian of RADAVA SC bowling centre is content ofthe syntetical part ofthe study. Marketing research of the customer satisfaction with the service of "Hardcore Tréninky".

Title: Marketing research of the customers satisfaction with services of the company "Hardcore Tréninky" Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze current level of customer satisfaction with the services of Hardcore Tréninky, discover their opinions and reveal potential drawbacks by using questionnaire survey. Base on the results of empirical research, define any problem areas and suggest appropriate management recommendations, which would let to increase the customers satisfaction. Methods: To determine the satisfaction of the customers of the company Hardcore Tréninky, it has been used the quantitative method, which is called questionnaire survey. Respondents were interviewed mostly by electronic questioning, but few of them were also asked personally. Results: From the results of marketing research is clear that the customers of the company Hardcore Tréninky are satisfied with the quality of its services. They positively evaluated especially characteristic features of the HCT services. On the other hand, the biggest problematic area was discovered in the technical condition of equipment and the building of the Vinohradská gym. Cash Flow Model of European Football Clubs

Title: The Cash Flow Model of European Football Clubs Objectives: Using the most updated sources while analysing revenues, costs, and economic results, the main objective of the thesis was to inspect the current cash flow of the first league European football clubs. A partial objective was to create a model based on theoretical and practical findings quoted in the final results. The model demonstrates the most important cash flow among football clubs and other subjects. Another partial objective was to calculate the success rate of respective league competitions based on their economic resources. Methods: To obtain relevant information, a secondary data analysis was used. Also, a comparative analysis method was employed. Then, the researched secondary data was processed and presented in the final part by means of graphs and tables. Results: The revenue that brought the largest number of financial resources for football clubs was broadcasting rights. However, those revenues were significant only for a particular group of the most attractive leagues. For a much bigger portion of the leagues, sponsoring revenues turned out to be more important, which also applied to Czech clubs. Title: Sport event management - Mystic skate cup Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyze organization of Mystic skate cup. And alternatively suggest possible improvement for upcoming events. Methods: For analyzing whole event I firstly used the descriptive analysis and afterwards I apply the SWOT analysis, for which I gathered materials through personal interrogation and also interview with the director of the cup. Results: The work highlights the strong aspects of the event, which are good base and points out deficiencies, which could be improve for next seasons. Title: Comparison of selected minority sports in the Czech Republic from the player, spectator and management aspects Objective: The aim of this work is to analyze the current situation in American football, frisbee and lacrosse in Prague and make suggestions for future improvements. Methods: The applied methods included the study of literature, collection of information, questionnaire examining players motivation and SWOT analysis. The research was conducted through surveys among athletes doing this sports. Results: Research has shown that the best prospects are waiting for frisbee, which benefits from minimum requirements for equipment and space. American football and lacrosse will probably never become mass sports, but using the above suggestions can improve their current position. Building of successful brand and its personality on the example of Nike

Title of thesis: BUILDING OF SUCCESSFUL BRAND AND ITS PERSONALITY ON THE EXAMPLE OF NIKE Objectives: The first objective of this work is to chart the process of building sports brand Nike since its inception to the present and to identify factors of its success. The second objective is to use brand personality research to get a picture of Nike brand personality from public view. Methods: In thesis was used the method of descriptive analysis and the questionnaire survey method. Descriptive method of analysis was applied to the analysis of documents in order to identify success factors in building the Nike brand and the survey method was used in the Nike brand personality research. Results: Was found that the success of the company Nike led some general and some very specific factors that make Nike missed its competitors. As the results of the Nike brand personality research was obtained her picture from the perspective of the public and was revealed several factors acting negatively on the quality of personality Nike brand. This thesis is focused on valuation of company EMCO spol. s.r.o. as at January 1, 2014 for potentional investor. The theoretical part defines terms related to the valuation of the company such as financial analysis, strategic analysis and valuation methods. The theoretical part also contains a methodology that is used in the following practical part. The practical part then consists of the presentation of the company and its competitors, strategic and financial analysis, financial plan including generators of value and actual valuation of the company EMCO spol. s.r.o. In conclusion all of the methods used are compared.
Business plan about new concept of circuit training

This work is divided into two main parts, the theoretical-methodological and practical part. In the first part I discussed the topics related to the business. The greatest emphasis is placed on explaining the business plan and its individual parts. The first part ends with an explanation of the possible way of protecting your business identity. The practical part deals with the specific field -- about setting up the business and business develompent of "circuit training". Within different parts of a business plan I am trying to show the beginning and development of this project and trying to demonstrate how can just only the idea - "doing what we do different and better for our clients" - become a successful business plan.
The valuation of the company Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the market value of Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. on 12. 01. 2013. The company was valued using the yield method of discounted cash flow for creditors and owners. The actual valuation is based on an analysis of the macroeconomic environment and industry, which have determined corporate revenues in the future. The credibility of the valuation result is supported by financial analysis of the company's history. The results reflect financial performance of the company confirming the going concern principle. Next section is devoted to the forecast of generators of value forming the basis of the financial plan. The last chapter explores cost of capital and concludes by a statement about the value of the company.
The introduction of padel in the Czech Republic

This thesis aims to describe the proposed implementation process of the introduction of padel in the Czech Republic and to draw up a business plan to build the first padel centre in the Czech Republic called Padel centre Prague. The main analytical method is a detailed financial plan on which economic indicators of implementation of this investment project are quantified. Leading procedures for detecting data are questionnaire surveys, telephone query and also an estimate, which is used mainly in the analysis of the financial plan. The estimated average payback period for this investment is 3.2 years, while the real recovery of funds spent on the construction of padel centre should occur during the fifth year of its operation.
