This diploma‘s thesis deals with an analysis of marketing communication of the company Tomi bar. The work consists of three main parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background necessary for the knowledge of the issue. In the subsequent analytical part, the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the enterprise itself, both from the internal and external side. The third part is built on the description of proposals, these proposals should help to improve some elements of the marketing communication of the enterprise.

The first part deals with the theoretical resources needed for drafting. The second part contains analysis of neighbourhood. The last part presents the specific proposal for extanding production in this company.

Gifted child in the classroom

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of gifted children in the classroom environment. The main general topic of my thesis is: What is it like to be a gifted child among other children in the classroom? The topics of research to which I sought answers are as follows: 1. How do the closest people around the gifted child participate in developing its talents in the context of the classroom? 2. How are gifted children perceived by their parents and teachers and how it influences their position among their peers and also how it affects their educational process?. 3. What kind of relationships do the extraordinarily talented children have with their classroom peers and their teacher? In the theoretical part of the thesis a basic overview of current research of giftedness in children and its development is summarized. Much attention is devoted to social factors that have an influence on the talent development. In accordance with Mönks (1993) I determined family, age-peer group, and school environment to be those factors. The practical part of the thesis is carried out as a qualitative multi-case study with three gifted children, their mothers and their teachers. Exercise of rights and duties of parents who do not live together

This thesis is called Exercise of rights and duties of parents who do not live together and is focused on actual questions of parental responsibility and describes the mutual rights and duties between parents and their children. It monitors the historical development of minor child's legal status, from object of law to the current concept, which considers the child as a equal entity. Rights of a minor child are regulated in many international documents, most important of which is Convention on the Rights of the Child. All these documents emphasize necessity of protection life and health of all children on the world. My thesis deals with description of maternity and paternity in family law and analyse the theme of surrogacy maternity and oportunity of leaving the child in the baby-box. Most of the thesis is occupated by the description of parental responsibility, it's content and exercise and by comparation the exercise of parental responsibility of parents - married cuple, parents - partners and parents after divorce, shared, alternate and sole care. This thesis deals with restrictive interventions of state authorities, namely with suspection, limitation and deprivation of parental responsibility. Last chapter is devoted to international child abduction.

Title of the bachelor thesis: Ways of obtaining information about political events in the Czech republic by seniors Abstract: This bachelor thesis focuses on the ways in which seniors get information about political events in the Czech Republic. The main goal of the thesis is to find out how seniors get information about political events in the Czech Republic and what role have electronic sources in obtaining these specific information. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to seniors, information and media literacy and digital divide. This part also includes statistics mapping seniors in the Czech republic and an analysis of the manipulation tools that seniors encounter. The practical part contains research which analyses access to media and politics, electronic resources and verification of information by respondents.
