Diplomová práce na téma Jak rozvíjet emoční inteligenci dítěte předškolního věku skrze práci s příběhem (pohledem rodičů a pedagogů) se zabývá emoční inteligencí a zkoumá, jaký význam má při jejím rozvoji příběh. K zodpovězení na tuto otázku jsem v prvních dvou kapitolách teoretické části shrnula, kde se emoce berou a jaká je jejich funkce, a dále charakterizovala emoční vývoj dítěte podle psycholožky Marie Vágnerové. Ve třetí kapitole jsem nejprve s využitím odborné literatury představila vývoj pohledu na emoční inteligenci, porovnala ji s inteligencí rozumovou a následně popsala její význam pro úspěšný život. Čtvrtá kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na příběh a jeho roli v předškolním období zejména při rozvoji emočních dovedností. Uvádím zde důvody, proč je příběh vhodným způsobem, jak emoční inteligenci rozvíjet a poznatky, jak s příběhem u předškolních dětí pracovat, abychom jím emoční dovednosti účinně rozvíjeli. V praktické části s využitím kvalitativního výzkumného designu zkoumám, jak je toto téma ukotveno mezi rodiči předškolních dětí a pedagogy mateřských škol a jak je jeho znalosti využívána ve výchově dětí. Dále zjišťuji, jak je emoční inteligence rozvíjena v rodičovské a učitelské praxi a jakou funkci při tom zastává příběh. V závěru výsledky výzkumu porovnávám s výsledky... This master's thesis titled Developing children's emotional intelligence through a story (from the point of view of parents and teachers). For a proper understanding, in the first two chapters of the theoretical part I summarized where emotions come from, what their function is and characterized the emotional development of the child according to psychologist Marie Vágnerová. In chapter three, I first use relevant literature to present the development of the views on emotional intelligence, compare it to rational intelligence, and then describe its importance for a successful life. The fourth chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the concept of storytelling and its role in the preschool period, especially in the development of emotional skills. I provide reasons why storytelling is an appropriate way to develop emotional intelligence and also include insights into how to work with storytelling in preschool children to effectively develop emotional skills. In the practical part, using a descriptive case study, I examine how this topic is anchored among parents of preschool children and kindergarten teachers and how its knowledge is used in the education of children.
