Bakalářská práce "Komunikace a její vliv na podoby a řešení konfliktu mezi učitelem a rodičem" se zabývá postavením rodičů ve výchovně vzdělávacím procesu a důležitostí správné a kvalitní komunikace mezi rodičem a školou. Práce je zaměřena na popis konfliktních situací mezi školou, jejím vedením a konkrétními pedagogy, a rodiči. V teoretické části jsou popsány a definovány základní poznatky v oblasti konfliktů a komunikace. Jsou zde uvedeny druhy konfliktů, vývojové fáze konfliktů, jejich příčiny a potenciální spouštěče, možná řešení a překážky, které v těchto řešeních mohou nastat. V neposlední řadě se práce zabývá prevencí a zásadami správné komunikace, dále jsou představeny i příklady dobré praxe. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis a analýzu konkrétních konfliktních situací na vybrané soukromé základní škole. Případová studie se zabývá zkoumáním konfliktů, které v dané instituci pedagogové prvního stupně řeší. Identifikuje nejčastější příčiny konfliktů a problematických situací, jejichž řešením se vybraní pedagogové zabývali. Věnuje se aspektům, které konkrétní pedagožky při řešení problematických situací pociťují jako překážky efektivní komunikace s rodiči. Popisuje doporučené postupy, jež jsou na dané školepoužívány a doporučeny a to, jakým způsobem jsou do řešení zapojováni další členové... The bachelor thesis "Communication and its influence on the resolution of the conflict between teachers and parents" deals with the position of parents in the educational process and the importance of proper and quality communication between parents and school. The thesis focuses on the description of conflict situations between the school, its management and teachers, and parents. The theoretical part describes and defines the basic knowledgein the field of conflict and communication. There are presented types of conflicts, main stages of conflicts, their causes and potential triggers, possible solutions and obstacles that may occur in these solutions. The work also deals with prevention and the principles of good communication, and examples of good practice are presented as well. The practical part focuses on the description and analysis of specific conflict situations in the selected private primary school. The chosen method of case study deals with the examination of conflicts that first-grade teachers in the institution deal with. It identifies themost common causes of conflicts and problematic situations that the selected educators dealtwith. It looks at the aspects that specific educators perceive as barriers to effective communication with parents when dealing with problematic situations....
