Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců a návrh změn ve vybrané společnosti. Rozděluje se na tři části. První částí jsou teoretická východiska vycházející z odborných publikací, které se zabývají zásadním tématem odměňování zaměstnanců. Na ni navazuje část druhá, která pojednává o analýze současného systému odměňování a o působnosti vnitřních a vnějších faktorů na společnost. Poslední část práce se zaměřuje na návrhy na opravu tohoto systému. The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of remuneration for employees and the proposal of amendments in the selected company. It is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical foundations based on professional publications that deal with the fundamental topics which are oriented on employee remuneration. It is followed by the second part, which deals with the analysis of the current remuneration system and the impact of internal and external factors on the company. The last part of the work focuses on improvements to this system.
