I Abstrakt Předkládaná práce se zabývá psychologickými aspekty svědecké výpovědi dítěte ve věku tří až šesti let, které specifikují způsoby a metody pro provedení efektivního výslechu. Literárně přehledová část seznamuje čtenáře nejprve s aspekty vývoje slovní zásoby a gramatických schopností, poté se zákonitostmi paměťových schopností předškolních svědků, včetně vlivu stresu na kódování a vybavování paměťových stop. Ve stejné kapitole se objeví i podkapitola o vnímání a chápání času předškolním svědkem, která se stane stěžejním podkladem pro návrh výzkumného projektu. V následující kapitole se čtenář dočte o problematice sugestibility předškolního dítěte jak ze strany vyšetřovatele, tak i vyslýchaného dítěte a jeho okolí. V neposlední řadě se bude práce zabývat způsoby a metodami zaměřenými na vedený výslech, včetně předložení a zhodnocení dosud využívaných výslechových protokolů. Návrh výzkumného projektu se, ve druhé části práce, zaměří na studium vhodnosti použití vizuální časové pomůcky při výslechu dětských svědků ve věku tří až šesti let. Ve výzkumu se stanou děti na letním předškolním táboru svědky zmizení jednoho z táborových vedoucích. Následně budou o události vyslýchány pomocí NICHD protokolu, přičemž jedna výzkumná skupina bude při výslechu využívat vizuální časovou pomůcku a druhá nikoliv.... I Abstract Present work focuses on psychological aspects of witness testimony of children in the age of three to six years, which specify means and methods for execution of an effective interview. In the first part the reader is introduced with aspects of vocabulary and grammar development, followed by a chapter about memory skills of preschool children, including the effect of stress on memory coding and recall. The same chapter also contains a part about the perception and understanding of time by a prechooler, which becomes the theoretical foundation for the design of the empirical study. The next chapter focuses on the problem of suggestibility of preschool children from the perspective of the interviewer, as well as the child witness and it's surroundings. Last but not least, the final chapter of the first part of this work brings forth the means and methods of a good interview, which includes a summary and a short review of today's investigative interview protocols. The second part of this work designs an empirical study on the suitability of using a visual time-telling aid during an investigative interview with a child in the age of three to six years.
