Diplomová práce se zabývá kooperací učitele a asistenta pedagoga na běžné základní škole s důrazem na rozdíly ve vnímání přítomnosti asistenta pedagoga na prvním a druhém stupni. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část diplomové práce je členěna celkem na tři kapitoly. První je zaměřena na aktuální definici pojmů integrativní a inkluzivní pedagogiky a na změny, které do školství v posledních letech přinášejí. Druhá nastíní profesní pojetí asistenta pedagoga s důrazem na uplatnění na základních školách běžného typu, včetně postavení asistenta pedagoga v zahraničí. Poslední kapitola cílí na interpersonální vztahy asistenta pedagoga s ostatními pedagogickými pracovníky školy, rodiči i žáky samotnými. Praktická část práce se věnuje smíšenému výzkumnému šetření, které je rozděleno celkem na dvě části. První část výzkumu se zaobírá zkoumáním role asistenta pedagoga na běžné základní škole s důrazem na společnou práci učitele a asistenta pedagoga v rámci jedné třídy na prvním a druhém stupni. Pro realizaci této části výzkumného šetření byla zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumu s využitím polostrukturovaného hloubkového rozhovoru. Pro účely kvalitativního šetření bylo vybráno celkem šest respondentů s odpovídajícím profilem. Získaná data byla doplněna o statistické dotazníkové... This thesis concerns the cooperation between teacher and teaching assistant (TA) at mainstream elementary school, with the emphasis on perception of TA's presence at the first stage and the second stage of education. It is comprised of two sections. Theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the current concept definition of integrative and inclusive pedagogy, and coherent changes in recent years. The second one outlines the professional approach to TA, with emphasis on their usage at mainstream schools, including their employment abroad. The last chapter targets on mutual relationship of TA and other pedagogical staff, teachers and students themselves. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to mixed research which has two parts. The first one deals with the role of TA at mainstream elementary school focusing on his cooperation with teacher, in terms of a first-stage and second-stage class. For purpose of this part of study was chosen the qualitative research method with the usage of semi-structured in-depth interview. There were selected three respondents with required profiles.
