Abstract: Adeno’sine 5’-(S)-C-phosphonate (pCOHX) was prepared as monomer suitable for oligonucleotide synthesis. Modified tetramers pCOHXAAA and pCOHXAApCOHX were assembled on solid phase and evaluated for their ability to activate human RNase L.
