Integrated management model and Balanced Scorecard in practice

Integration of an autistic person into the education
ZAHRÁDKOVÁ, Marie
This thesis "Integration of an autistic person into the education? is a case study of a child with autism integrated into the standard education. The aim is to introduce the possibility of integrating a child with autism among other students. The theoretical part is aimed to the applicated theories, discovered and proven knowledge of autism disorders and the possibilities of integrating from available scientific resources. The practical part is an analysis of data collected from interviews, questionnaires and observation. A cardinal part is devoted to the positive development during the student's education.

Integrated Management System
Slavíček, Jakub ; Krásová, Anna (referee) ; Koška, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the introduction of integrate management system. Spe-cifically, the introduction of quality management and environmental management systems. The practical part includes a review of the current status of compliance with the requirements of standards ISO 9001/2009 and ISO 14001/2005, a registry of legal requirements, identifying environmental aspects and their evaluation in terms of significance and identification of emergency danger situation.

Posibilities and Needs of Information and Computer Technologies Exploitation by integrated rescue system
Milošic, Tomáš ; Polívka, Lubomír (referee) ; Novák, Jaromír (advisor)
This work illustrates and discusses the fundamental theoretical and practical problems of using information and computer technologies, and analyzes the possibilities of forwarding information and data about emergency situations towards forces and resources of the Integrated Rescue System and among the regional emergency operational centers of the integrated system. Its content is focused on addressing and eliminating these problems through a modernization that can be made by the adoption of projects that use advanced computer and communication technologies. The implementation of these technologies at all regional operational centers of basic bodies of the Integrated Rescue System is an absolute necessity. Information and computer technologies would enable the realization of the objectives and purposes of the integrated rescue system after the implementation of the common modern architectures in the future.

Interconnections discontinuities in electronic systems and signal integrity faults
Žilka, Zdeněk ; Berka, Zbyněk ; Braun, Jaromír
The paper deals with the influence of discontinuities in interconnecting traces, vias, pads, connectors, parasitics of the IC packages and all other passive interconnecting elements in multi-layer printed-circuit boards (PCB) and multichip modules (MCM) on the signal integrity (SI) of complex mixed-signal electronic system. Simple models, rules and guidelines suitable for human handling are introduced.

Vedené vlny v periodických strukturách a jejich senzorové aplikace
Vala, Milan ; Homola, Jiří (advisor) ; Richter, Ivan (referee)
This work is introduced by the description of fundamental properties of surface plasmons, propagating along the metal-dielectric interface and along the structure with thin metal film surrounded by the dielectrics with identical refractive indices. It is shown, that the excitation of two coupled modes (long-range surface plasmon - LRSP and short-range surface plasmon - SRSP) on symmetrical structure with a thin metal film is possible. Further, a brief overview of surface plasmons applications in optical sensors is presented. The diffractive multi-layer structure supporting LRSP and SRSP modes, which consists of the thin gold film surrounded by the dielectrics with slightly different refractive indices is designed. The diffractive structure is optimized using rigorous integral method for an application in SPR sensor. Diffractive structures with optimal parameters are prepared and characterized optically and using atomic force microscopy. In the end, an application of developed diffractive structure in SPR sensor with wavelength modulation is demonstrated.

Automatic control for factory building heating
Prudek, Miroslav ; Voldán, Jiří (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
The graduation thesis is focused on the automatic operating of heating of the production hall of První brněnská strojírnaVelká Bíteš, a.s. The thesis consists of an analysis of present state of the heating technology and solution of the general conception of the automatic operating of the heating. Integrated part of the conception is heat-up of the supply water and drain off of the condensation water from the air heating units. Outcome of this graduation thesis is a design of the algorithm for operating of the regulated system. Remote supervision and control of the regulated system shall be ensured by the visualization setting, which shall be implemented into the station of dispatching centre. The accuracy of the design of the part of regulated system shall be validated as a design of PID regulator with the use of “Matlab” program and it´s module “Simulink”. To set up parameters of the PID regulator, “Ziegler-Nichols” method shall be applied. The objective pay-off period of investments for regulation controlling system is figured out as a part of this thesis as well.

Analysis of the labour market in Ústí nad Orlicí
Richter, Lukáš ; Adámek, Petr (advisor) ; Dobrylovský, Jiří (referee)
This bachelor thesis describes the development of the labour This thesis describes the development of the labor market in Ústí nad Orlicí in 2005-2012. The work focuses on active employment policy 2008-2010. In the theoretical part the basic terms related to the labor market. The analytical part focuses on the characteristics of the Ústí nad Orlicí, analysis of the labor market, the structure of unemployment and evaluation of active employment policy. We used the data obtained from the Czech Statistical Office, Integrated portal of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the reports of the Labour Office in Ústí nad Orlicí and Employment Office in Pardubice.

Role of school by idientification and support of matematicaly gifted pupils
Kovářová, Renata ; Stejskal, Bohumil (advisor) ; Hájková, Vanda (referee) ; Kysučan, Jaroslav (referee)
Contemporary period and situation puts a lot of demands on individual members of the society, especially on their individual using skills and successfulness from one's childhood to adulthood. That is the reason why every society can't risk the potential of its people. Also Czech representatives became aware of this situation. To support talents and abilities of people lots of new projects are arising, f.e. Project Czech Head ("Projekt Česká hlava") which has the part called Little Heads ("Projekt České hlavičky"), organized since 2007 for Czech high-school students of technical and natural science branches. In co- operation of the Czech Senate and Parliamen chairman is also announced the competition for european students called Innovating Minds (since 2008). All the professionals who deal with this problem are aware of the fact that the number of successful members of society raise due to effective support and education of children since the early childhood. Pupils with the exceptional talents, according to the valid Czech law, are placed and classified as the pupils with special needs. Our contemporary trend in education of pupils and students with special needs is integration in possible way in dependence of the real needs and demands. Of course, the same law is valid and belongs to extraordinary...

Vector Analysis in GIS Systems
Kittler, Jan ; Chmelař, Petr (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
The overall goal of the thesis was to study available geographic information systems (GIS) and to explore the functionality they provide. The implementation was focused on module for vector data creation and data analysis. As examples were used existing systems like GRASS and ArcGIS. The result of this master thesis was a plug-in integrated into the GIS of DELINFO, spol. s r.o. company. The plug-in can open, modify and save vector data in shapefile format. The plug-in is also able to do some basic analysis of the vector data, such as a region intersection, a union, hit tests and a distance measurement. This thesis could be used as a pattern for vector data operations in GIS.
