This thesis describes the analysis, design and implementation of framework for automated testing of hardware devices. It describes the test lifecycle design, testing sequence and interface for communication with measuring devices and the possibility for extensions. It explains the analysis of problems associated with automated hardware testing and creation of sufficiently universal design and subsequent implementation of such system.

This master thesis describes the design of software for a calibration laboratory of mass that will comply with current standards, guidelines, and laws for the field. The thesis describes the design of the database, the data management system and software architecture as well as the application of selected mathematical and statistical methods for the calculation of measurement deviations and uncertainties in instrument calibrations.
Development of a desktop application for calculating the volume of logs

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to develop an application suitable for calculating log volume using different equations. The first part of this work describes the usage of a relational database, C# programming language and individual components of the .NET platform. In addition to that, the thesis specifies equations used for calculating volume, which are based on the measurement method and the type of wood. Data are then recorded in a relational database. A user can display and filter database records by various types of fields, which can be exported to basics common spreadsheet formats such as an XLSX and a CSV. The thesis describes the process of developing a desktop application using Microsoft Visual Studio an integrated development environment.
SW for configuration of PLC modems

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design an application for easy configuration of modems, from ModemTec, communicating over power lines. The bachelor's thesis first deals with a brief explanation of the communication over the power line, which will give the reader a general idea of what the application will be used for. Furthermore, to understand the meaning of the individual adjustable parameters of the modem, the serial port is explained, through which the modem will communicate with the parent device that collects data, but also with the computer on which the application will run and with which the modem will be configured. Then, readers are introduced to the design of the user interface and architecture of the application, which includes the basic design principles which the application implementation was based on. The following is a description of the application implementation and the results of ModemTec modem configuration testing. Finally, the achieved results and possibilities for future modification are summarized.
Application For An Early Detection Of Transmission Parameters Degradation Of Point-To-Point Microwave Links

Radio equipment of microwave links operating in an outdoor environment under the influence of weather conditions is at risk of a link failure or device defect occurrence, as well as their indoor units. This paper aims to present the creation of a network monitoring application capable of timely detection of potential failures, based on analyzing trends in monitored device parameters. The architecture is being described, as well as a graphical user interface. Several failure detection methods are covered. Conslusion summarizes the development results and outlines a future of the application.

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of inteligent sensory network in the enviroment of administrative building. First part of thesis introduces reader to the existing and used technology in thesis, the following section describes the design, construction and implementation of modules and control application. The result of this thesis is a~working sensory network which can be managed by control application, which collects data from end-point modules. The complete solution will be tested in the SmartPEF project.
Testing GUI in .NET Using Dynamic Languages

The thesis deals with the topic of automation testing of graphical user interfaces (GUIs). Specifically, it handles the creation of a framework for testing GUI of applications of the VF company. The framework aims to save testers' time and guarantee faster error detection. It focuses on testing applications implemented in C#, which led to the exploration of the possibilities of using the .NET platform dynamic languages and existing tools for GUI automation testing. Based on the obtained data, the resulting framework is implemented in the IronPython language and, using the White and unittest frameworks, offers methods for simulating user actions such as clicking a button or filling a textbox. Moreover, the framework allows to test sources of the application labels, verify the overlap of application window elements and use the basic methods of fuzz testing. The main benefit of the thesis is the introduction of automation testing procedures into the development process in the VF company.

Visualisation of stationery robot in C#/WPF

This bachelor thesis deals with visualisation and simulation of stationery robot in programming language C# and WPF platform. In this thesis a DLL file was made with use of Helix Toolkit library for parametric manipulation of stationery robot. Then for testing purposes was made a application which can parametrically change values of robot joints. Protocol bridge is TCP/IP client which gets XML data from Kuka KRC6 sixx robot.

This bachelor thesis aims to present the creation of a~network monitoring application capable of timely detection of potential failures, based on analyzing trends in monitored device parameters. The theory section deals with basic characteristics of microwave links and the structure of Simple Network Management Protocol. The practical section describes an application design, including core architecture, as well as a graphical user interface. Several failure detection methods are designed and described. In the next section, practice monitoring results are presended. Furthermore, network traffic and data storage requirements are measured. The conclusion summarizes the results of the application development and outlines it's future with new possible features.
