The bachelor thesis deal with technological steps od rough upper construction of a production hall to AGRICOL s.r.o. in Polička. The subject is the processing the procedure of assembly of the assembled ferroconcrete skeleton and its cladding. This thesis describes a technical report, technical report solved object, technological regulations, the organization plan and site facilities, timetable, draft report, inspection and test plans and the machinery safety and health protection at work. An additional part of the solution is the issue of the oversized transport, including solutions to the critical points of the route, budget, casing assembly procedure and selected engineering details.

Implementation of the rough superstructure of the administrative building in Senica

The objective of this bachelor thesis is the design and description of the technological stage of the construction of an administration building located in the town of Senica. The superstructure is realized using the "Porotherm" system. In the thesis there is elaborated design and building documentation for the selected stage of the construction, configuration layout of the building site including wider relations to the traffic and access roads. The thesis contains technological prescriptions for the vertical masonry and ceiling structures. Furthermore there is solved organisation of the works in the selected stage and building site equipment including requirements for infrastructure networks. The time schedule, itemized budget a proposal for the machinery for the completion of the gross structure is presented. The occupational safety and health are taken into account; there are specified quality requirements, quality control and testing plan.

Technological Solution of the Rough Superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů

The main goal of my bachelor's thesis is the construction-technological solution of the rough superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů, which is located in the village of Dolní Město near the larger town of Humpolec in Vysočina. This work contains a technical report for the given technological stage, the situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions for the technological stage, a technological regulation including a balance of resources (item budget together with a graph of the deployment of workers). Furthermore, the content of this work is a drawing of the construction site equipment together with a technical report and construction organization solution for the rough superstructure, a timetable for the given stage, a design of the machine assembly including a comparison of two variants and the selection of the most suitable machine, control and test plans and ensuring work safety. In the last point of this work, I am dedicated to verifying the adhesion and load-bearing capacity of the connecting material, more specifically, it is a polyurethane adhesive for masonry.

Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.
