The job content of teaching assistant in distance learning

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of teaching assistants during distance learning in primary schools. The declaration of a state of emergency in March 2020 created a completely new situation for teaching staff that they had to deal with. In this work, the content of the work of teaching assistants in this period will be monitored, the support of children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds by these teaching staff and, last but not least, the changes that took place among teaching assistants after the return to traditional face-to-face teaching will be mentioned.
Prevention of risky behavior of pupils in condition of inklusive education in second grade of primary school

My thesis is focused on the prevention of challenging behaviour in inclusive education. The aim of the work is to describe prevention at a selected elementary school in Karovy Vary, with a focus on pupils with special educational needs. In the theoretical part prevention, challenging behaviour and the features of students with special educational needs are described. Several examples of challenging behaviour in the individual specific students and the prevention of this behaviour are also mentioned. In the practical part common prevention was studied. Later on, how the students with special educational needs participate in preventive activities, and eventually if they have some modifications. The study was performed at the second degree of the selected elementary school in Karlovy Vary. The research was done using analysis of documents, interviews and observations. It was ascertained that the prevention of challenging behaviour towards the mentioned student is not well elaborated. There are obvious only some indications of activity transformation and individualisation of prevetion.
Highly gifted and talented pupils in scientific educational fi.ld and reality of school experience

This thesis deals with the occurrence of scientifically gifted students at Czech schools. The talent affects a person's life fundamentally but also it influences the lives of others people. These gifted and talented people usually become leading scientists and researchers. They can affect important social events significantly during their professional careers. After the family teachers and school are the most important part in development of the child. Therefore teachers should know what specific educational requirements gifted students have. It's necessary to determine the status of teachers. In the theoretical part of the thesis the main aim of the literary review was a theoretical background of the talent, the incidence of gifted pupils at Czech and foreign schools, the work with gifted pupils at foreign schools and educational institutions and associations working with gifted children. In the practical part of the thesis a questionnaire was created and then distributed to teachers of science subjects. The questionnaire has found foreknowledge Czech teachers of the concept of genius and talent. Whether teachers are able to identify gifted pupils in the classroom what forms of work with talented students are used and the questionnaire was evaluated. The aims of music education with students with special educational needs

In accordance with the topic and title of the dissertation, we dedicate the first chapter of the theoretical part to terms related to the category of pedagogical aim, defining it from the perspective of general pedagogy, music pedagogy and special pedagogy. In the following chapters we continue with analyses of educational programmes, of the concept of aesthetic education, defining the terms "a student with special educational needs" and "a student with disabilities" with subchapters focusing on individual types of disabilities, which are then used in the research part of the work: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), developmental learning disorders, impaired communication ability, mild mental retardation and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The sixth and final chapter of the first part presents a theoretical definition of aesthetic (music) education in the current educational system, taking into account the issue of musical education of students with special educational needs. The introduction of the research part of the dissertation consists of sections devoted to describing the environment of schools and their students, to the characteristics of school curricula of both institutions, and of a subchapter containing the rationale for selecting students for the research. Changes in the role of a regular elementary school counsellor after the implementation of an inclusion model.

This diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the author derives from the historical findings of Educational Counselling Facilities in the Czech Educational system. Furthermore, she focuses on the definition of Educational Counselling Facilities before the introduction of the new concept of Individual Integration in 2016, including the working methods of school guidance counsellor. The author defines the terms of Individual Integration in detail and deals with the amendment and its consequences in the work of school guidance counsellors and teachers. The practical part includes an empirical research based on semi-structured interviews with school guidance counsellors. The author summarizes the findings of her questionnaire survey carried on among schoolteachers. In the final part, the author specifies the changes in the working methods of school guidance counsellors after the implementation of the new concept of Individual Integration starting from 1st September 2016. The author also clarifies the impact of the Individual Integration concept on the everyday responsibilities of the teachers and the educational facilities from their point of view.
