Title of Study: Research for brand identity Fit&Body Thesis Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is designing a definite sample of brand for studio, which offers massages and activities, wich are destinguished from the competion. Additionaly to that, the bachelor thesis sheds a light on competition analysis, analysis of the brand Fit&Body, conducting interviews with studio's clients, experts on branding and marketing and subsequent implementation of the findings into the process of building the brand based on the conducted research. Methods: In order to be reached the ultimate goal of the bachelor thesis the following methods have been applied:  analysis of competition brands,  analysis of building the brand Fit&Body,  in-depth interviews. Thesis Results: Based on the interviews with clients and the experts, some of the brand features have been changed. The brand name has remained Fit&Body as well as the font. The original slogan "Aby záda nebolela." has been replaced by a new one: "Pro zdravá záda.". And only partially has been modified the logo. Authentic style of the logo remained the same, the red leaf with the sign "krása" has been removed and signs in the yellow and green leaves have been replaced by words "cvičení" and "masáže". Optimization of Recruitment Processes and Adapting Employees in the Selected Company

The thesis deals with the human resources in chosen hospital facility. The aim of the thesis is to give proposals to optimize recruitment process and the subsequent adaptation of new employees in the organization and to make them more efficient. The research will be carried out through a questionnaire survey with in-house staff and a structured interview with superiors and management. Based on the results found, changes will be proposed to improve the aforementioned business processes.
Internet TV Stream: Alternative and Competition of Classical Televisions (Specifics of Show of Luděk Staněk and its Analysis)

The topic of this thesis is the online TV channel Stream. In the theoretical part, we described how online TV works in general. The following paragraph depicted the milestones of Stream TV. The practical part was dedicated to the semiotic analysis of Luděk Staněk's TV show of the online TV channel Stream. This chapter also includes the interview with the program presenter Luděk Staněk. In the interview, we dealt with Staněk's role in the show. The intention of this thesis was to describe how the online TV channel Stream works and analyze the Luděk Staněk's show.
Documentary photography: Branko's Bridge - One year in a band

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to present an original point of view on the life within a band, mainly through a photo documentary of 55 pictures. It shows the ordinary situations as well as key moments in the band's life from the perspective of its member. The thesis is connecting documentary photography and concert photography through an interview with music journalist Ondřej Bezr, author of the book ​Fotografie, které hrají​. Theoretical part of the thesis gives a bright insight on documentary photography as a genre and further focuses on music photography.
The needs of the ICU patient after myocardial infarction requiring V-A ECMO support

Introduction: The coronary heart disease is still an actual topic. The mortality has been in recent years declining, but prevalence in the population stagnates, so involve a large group of patients. The incidence of acute myocardial infarction is still high. One of the methods of reperfusion therapy is the cardiac surgery by coronary artery bypass graft, which may be postoperatively complicated by the development of low cardiac output syndrome with the need of the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. These patients require very specialized not only during the critical phase, but also during the long-term convalescence including rehabilitation, weaning from the artificial lung ventilation, self-sufficiency training and help with return to normal life. Literature search: The theoretical part is based on the research of National Medical Library (NLK) and Study and Scientific Library of the Pilsen Region (SVKPL). The PubMed, Scopus, Web of science and Science direct databases were used to search articles in professional publications, including the latest cohort studies. The periodicals Cor et Vasa, the European Heart Journal, Critical Care and the European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing were used. The use of mobile devices during the instruction at lower secondary school

Although the bachelor thesis was originally intended to deal with the use of tablets in primary schools, after the pre-research, it was amended to address the use of tablets in secondary schools. The pre-research has shown that tablets in primary schools are rarely used, so it would not be possible to collect sufficient data to create a scientific work. Therefore, i could not make any relevant statistical conclusions, so i focused my research on secondary school. The work was conducted using a multiple case study based on semi-structured in-depth interviews. The interviews were then thoroughly analysed. Interviewed students enjoy learning with tablets, they find them more entertaining, individualized and faster. Teachers find the use of tablets beneficial and useful. There are used many types of applications for teaching with tablets in secondary schools, for example application for quiz repetition, application replacing atlas or periodic table of elements, mathematical applications and applications in which we can find electronic versions of textbooks. There were also identified problems in schools using tablets for teaching, these problems are the insufficient Wi-Fi connection, students violating the set rules, and decreasing performance of mobile devices because of their age.
English Lessons at Nursery Schools and Their Influence on a Child

The diploma thesis is focusing on the contemporary movement called "early start" in the education of the English language. Almost all nursery schools offer today the extra lessons for children. The diploma thesis presents not only the actual negative and positive arguments for the early start lessons but also the theoretical resource for the development of language and communicative competences of children. Also the topic of learning a foreign language and its influences as well as the politics of educating foreign languages in the world and in the Czech Republic are included. The practical part of the thesis will try to enrich the debate about the early start by individual experience and findings of six children who were interviewed. Their information was completed by the acquaintances of their parents that filled the questionnaire.
Communication mix - it significance for informing and winning the consumer

Title: Communication Mix - Its Importance to Informing and Persuading Consumer Objectives: The objective of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current marketing communication of JOYfit sports studio from the viewpoint of both consumers and management of the studio. On the basis of gathered results create suggestions and recommendations for improving marketing communication studio, which should help the company to get more customers. Methods: In the thesis is, for finding out the current marketing communication, conducted an analysis of secondary data and after the method of qualitative research using in-depth interviews was used. Marketing communication is firstly examined from the viewpoint of management of the company than from the viewpoint of the customers. Results: On the basis of conducted interviews a few shortcomings which the JOYfit sports studio has in its communication with the clients were found out. Possible recommendations and suggestions, which would lead to improvement of the marketing communication, were created. Suggestions will be presented to the management of the studio. Job satisfaction of employees in a selected organisation

The aim of the thesis is to analyse motivational and stimulating means in a selected organisation, which have an influence on its employee´s job satisfaction. This analysis can help the organisation in the field of human resources management. For the research it is selected Regional Office of South Bohemia that has around five hundred employees. This analysis is carried out qualitative and quantitative methods using questionnaires and interviews. Each questionnaire has twenty-five questions and there is around one hundred respondents. There is selected one employee from each department for those interviews. The evaluation of the research is based on the obtained information. This research finds out that satisfaction and motivation of employees is not sufficient. There are proposed some precautions, which could improve organisation's access to its employees in the sphere of reward system.
