Reaction of selected potato varieties to single and split application of nitrogen

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the response of varieties with different lengths of vegetation to single and divided doses of nitrogen in potato growing. To point out the effect of nitrogen on tuber yield. The results of the experiment also consider the technology of cultivation, treatment and conditions during the vegetation. The work also records individual differences between varieties and starchy of tubers. The experiment was performed on a plot of land near Havlíčkův Brod near the experimental station in Valečov. Two variants of varieties with different vegetation times were selected for the experiment. The plot was divided into three variants of nitrogen application in three replicates. In the first variant, which was not fertilized with nitrogen, there was no high yield, but in the second variant, which was fertilized with nitrogen before and during vegetation, and in the third variant with fertilization before vegetation, the increase in yield was noticeable for selected varieties. At the same time, there were different values in determining the proportion of starch in tubers.

The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts, on the theoretical part and on the part of the practical. The theoretical part focuses on the general things of football and futsal, concerning their history, creation anddiversity in the training. Also it is described here the divergence of the two sports and in both technical and in terms of tactical. The practical part consists of a questionnaire survey and from the individual in- depth interview. The questionnaire survey whether the performance of the player and the quality of the competition, which it operates, affecting the technical and tactical maturity. During the individual in-depth interview, which was conducted with the professional football player and the occasional futsal player, the interviewee answered the 20 questions, which were of a similar nature as questions for other respondents from the survey. Building of Arithmetical Triads in Two Mathematical-didactical Environments: Neighbours and Coloured Triples

The thesis attends to the mathematical charts constructing of additive triad of pupils on 1st grade of the primary school by means of two mathematical - didactic settings "The Neighbours" and "The Coloured Trio". They occure in mathematical textbooks created by prof. RNDr. Milan Hejný, CSc., RNDr. Darina Jirotková, Ph.D., PhDr. Jana Slezáková, Ph.D. and their colleagues and which are published by Fraus. In my thesis I shall attend to the theoretical pieces of knowledge in the given mathematical area as well as to the reasons for the creation of the new mathematical teaching concept after the czech educational reform. Mathematical tasks from the two appointed settings will be handed in to the pupils to be solved. The pupils will encounter such tasks for the first time. It shall be observed how they are able to cope with the given tasks and if they will be able to infiltrate the problem of the tasks or to invent their own tasks. Further on the thesis shall attend to the means of solutions of similar tasks by the students of The Pedagogical Faculty of the Univerzita Karlova and to the analysis of their comments on the tasks.

Krize přirozeného světa The crisis of the Life-world PhDr. Klára Holá This doctoral thesis called The crisis of the Life-world is an interdisciplinary theoretical treatise on a problem of the crisis in connection with the Life-world, the main phenomenological issue. The crisis is related to the Life-world itself. The thesis tries to explain the problem of the crisis as a timeless concept ontologically related to a human being, as well as an ethical issue accompanying the development of the modern society. The aim of the thesis is to define the crisis of the Life-world, to describe its symptoms in the various areas, and to outline some possible solutions. To achieve the aim I have divided the conception of the crisis into two meanings which are related to each other: the ontological crisis and the ethical crisis. My hypothesis has proved the ontological crisis unavoidable, as it springs from the ambivalent position of the human being whereas we can balance the ethical aspects in various ways. I have used the comparative and phenomenological method as well as the phenomenological-hermeneutic methods of the text-interpretation. The influence of a difference between the nursing theory and practice on the quality of care.

This thesis deals with the influence of the difference between the theory and practice of the nursing care on the quality of care. Quality nursing care is the fundamental goal of the contemporary nursing care. The aim of the thesis is to find out the extent and means of providing a quality care under the current conditions. A method of qualitative research survey with the semi-structured interview was used to carry out the aim of this thesis. The research question is aimed at determining in what way and to what extent a quality care can be provided under the current circumstances. The research sample consists of qualified nurses and health care assistants working in the hospital. The questions, which respondents were asked, were focused on e.g. an education, importance of practice, communication, ethical code etc. Dialogues were recorded and transcribed. They were analysed by the pencil - paper method. The results of the survey showed that in the context of quality nursing care, the education is important to a certain extent and the nurse experience has an important role as well. By practice, the nurse gains more experience and skills to implement to her nursing care. Another important factor influencing the quality of nursing care and creating the difference between theory and experience is mostly the transfer of theoretical knowledge into practice. The nurse's work is often compromised by the impossibility of transferring the acquired theoretical knowledge into practice. The research has shown that quality nursing care is provided to a certain extent. The level of the provided care affects many other factors, apart from those mentioned above, e.g. a compliance level with the Code of Ethics, non-utilization and ignorance of the conceptual models, sufficient amount of material on providing the nursing care, quality of communication between a nurse and a patient and an adherence to patients' rights. The thesis is created as an informational source especially for the medical professions pointing to the difference between the theory and the practice which needs to be addressed.

Objectives The aim of this work is to describe the admission procedures of selected IZS components, such as the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic, the Police of the Czech Republic, the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. Methods The method used in the creation of this final thesis is an analysis of the widest range of literature dealing with the issue. Then describe the individual admission process and make the information more concise and comprehensible at the end. Visualization of the difference between two triangle meshes

Visualization of the difference between two triangle meshes is useful in geometric morphometrics where the shapes of biological objects such as bones, facial symme- tries and others are studied. Existing visualizations are mostly done by encoding various difference metrics into vertex color. However, this one-dimensional infor- mation is not enough to display multiple metrics at the same time. To overcome this limitation, we implemented an algorithm which employs the techniques of vector field visualization and uses clustered 3D arrows to encode the metrics. Focusing on visual appearance, we applied it in several types of visualizations in an experimental application called MeshDiff. We also conducted a user study of both existing and new visualizations to compare their performance in various use cases and investigate the possibilities for future improvement. 1
