This diploma thesis deals with matters of information system in concrete company. First part of the thesis describes theoretical outcomes needed to understand the problems. There were analysis worked out in the second part on the basis of which I will possess the current state of the company and its information system. The goal of this thesis is to suggest changes which will lead to effective using of the information system.

This Master’s thesis deals with a strategic and economic analysis of a chosen company with objective to identify risks and formulate proposals and recommendations resulting in decreasing of risks or their potential elimination. The thesis is composed of three parts. First part contains theoretical framework needed for practical application which includes chosen methods of external and internal analysis with their evaluation and analysis of risks using RIPRAN method. Last part contains formulation of precautions based on the risks found.

Statistical Analysis of Risk Indicators of a Company

This diploma thesis aims at analyzing accounting and financial indicators using time series, regression analysis and interval regression analysis of selected company VIDEN plus, a.s. The thesis analyzes the development trends of individual indicators, which are able to reveal the state of the company. Based on the data obtained, the issue of company risks arising from the analyzes and their correction is then addressed.

The author of this diploma thesis deals with the Proposal of a Risk Analysis Procedure in Technological Preparation for Foundry. Risk management is not currently applied in much detail at this present time. Analysis of the present risk management process in serial and prototype model tools will lead to the identification of risks within this discussion. It is then proposed for corrective actions for improvement of managing the current status to be presented and discussed. Target of this thesis is therefore the proposal of an updated risk analysis procedure in technological preparation for foundry.

The author of the diploma thesis deals with application of methods for risks and opportunity identification and risk analysis to assess the project of implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility to the organization. Firstly, the thesis includes theoretical background about corporate social responsibility and risks management. The theoretical background serves as a support for applying methods and analyzing the necessary areas. The goal of this work is to find solutions and propose preventative measures to be used by the evaluated organization.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the risks associated with secure living made available by the company Senior Sen, s.r.o., which provides social services and offers solutions for people's unfavorable social situations. In the practical part the risks will be analyzed, evaluated and ways to reduce them will be suggested.

The thesis deals with the evaluation of the performance of the chosen company by using modern indicators, specifically Balanced Scorecard. The work is divided into four parts. The first part defines the objectives, methods and procedures of processing work. The second part contains a theoretical work. The next section provides basic information about selected company and includes a strategic analysis and financial analysis. In the final fourth part I introduce based on the results of analyzes the suggestion for the implementation of the BSC model to improve the performance in the area of strategic management of the company.
