Study of the Pasohlávky motorway rest area

The diploma thesis in the form of a study deals with the development of a one-sided motorway rest area for the upcoming construction documentation of the motorway D52. The reason is to examine the integration of the rest area into the area between the upcoming construction of the motorway D52 and the relocation of the II/396 road. The existing petrol station Chemis in the vicinity of the Ivaň interchange will be demolished and a new petrol station with more suitable layout will be proposed. The existing relocation of the II/396 road shall be modified to make room for the rest area design. Of the three options for connecting the rest area to the motorway, the collector lane option has been developed in detail and supplemented with a construction cost estimation and visualization.
Critical Sector Analysis of the Fuel Market

In my bachelor‘s thesis I have analysed the diesel fuel market in the Czech Republic from the point of view of the petrol stations offers as well the consumers demand. It concerns oligopoly market form, where the front positions are taken by foreign brands. I have determined the structure type by the data referring to the market power of particular petrol station networks and also thanks to the price research itself. Consumers behave quite often very illogically in this market due to the lack of available information. These conclusions I have obtained by the market research I did on active drivers. A modern solution is a new web portal establishment based on cooperation with petrol stations, which would provide information about the fuel market to the drivers.
Business Plan for Petrol Station

The main goal of this thesis is to create business plan for the establishment of the petrol station operating as BENZINA franchise. Entrepreneurship, requirements of the business plan, franchising and definition of used analysis are described in the theoretical part. Necessary analyses are performed in the analytical part. Suggested business plan and schedule of its implementation are described in the last part of this thesis.
The Study of the Parking Area on the Motorway D1

The task of my diploma work is the study of the parking area on the motorway D1 near Vyškov. This place will be connected with the motorway D1 between the present exit Vyškov – West (226) and Vyškov – East (230/1) in the direction to Kroměříž. The parking area (the parking place, the petrol station, the restaurant) and the truckpark will be designed with the reason of the high intensity of cars and lorries on the motorway D1 and with the reason of the lack of the parking places for the lorries.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of risks of business development proposals ZEVOS a.s. acting on the fuel market. The thesis is divided into three main parts, the first part describes the theoretical knowledge. In this section are shown and described methods of dealing with the internal and external surroundings of the company. In the second part, which deals with the analytical part, the methods used to assess the current situation in the market where the company operates. The third part provides a proposal for the development of business solutions and financial investment return.

The aim of my bachelor thesis called Marketing communication of the biggest petrol station chains at czech market is to describe situation on the market with fuel, marketing activities of biggest petrol chains and consumers behavior while buying fuel. Theoretical part of my thesis contains brief of the therm matkething, explanation of marketing mix and key words to marketing research. Practical part of my thesis contains secondary and primary research. Secondary research describes marketing activities of chosen petrol chains in Czech Republic. Primary research describes consumers behavior while buying fuel. At the end of my thesis is advice based on the survey.
