The aim of the bachelor thesis is description of renting apartment, demarcation of basic concepts regarding this issue. Work has mainly specialized in the analysis and description of the rental housing and its accessibility for the population and the concept of social housing , applied in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is an analysis of rental housing in the city Czech Cieszyn. In my work I have tried to summarize how you can increase the availability of housing and amenities. I tried to assess the situation on the housing market , especially rental housing and the concept of social housing in the Czech Republic. To analyze the state of housing fund in the Czech Cieszyn , I used the materials published by the municipality , housing cooperatives , churches and real estate companies . For an analysis of pricing conditions of the lease , I used data provided real estate brokers and data obtained from the survey.

Rent an apartment in Zlín, and the factors that influence them.

This thesis is a summary describing the current housing situation in the city of Zlin. It deals with the comparison of above normal rents in different areas of the city and consider amendments to leases in terms of location, amenities and size of the apartment. Collected data are divided into apartments for the 1 +1, 1 + kk, 2 +1, 2 + kk, 3 +1, 3 + kk. Mapping the market and its prices in the lease is done both textually and graphically.

Housing market and its financing in Zlín

This bachelor thesis is focused on the housing market (market for flats) and their financing in the city of Zlin. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explores basic concepts of living and state concepts of living for the next 8 years. With this is related to the additional support program from the state in the living area. The practical part deals with the housing market in city of Zlín following to the new zoning plan. In conclusion is compiled the concrete financing flat by the help of building savings loan.

The return on investment associated with construction of a residential building in Olomouc.

This diploma thesis the return on investment associated with construction of a residential building in Olomouc. First we will award the construction according to the decree. Then, we find out the level of investments in the construction of the house. The next step will be to determine the amount of rent for individual apartments and garages. We see the return of discounted net rent. Then we find the usual price of apartments and garages. As the last step we see the usual price of the entire apartment building. We will compare, whether of profits is more profitable to rent apartments and a garage in the house, sell for apartments or sell the entire apartment building.

The determination of the taxation at alternative solutions of purchasing a property

This thesis is focused on tax issue, witch relates to real property trading. In the theoretical part of the thesis I describe the basic terms and deal with individual tax, which is related to the mentioned tax. In the context of the thesis will be compared to the tax burden for selected model situations that may arise in the sale, purchase or lease of real property. This load will be examined from the point of view of physical persons, to self-employed persons and also legal persons.

Diploma thesis on the subjekt ,,Apartment rent and the factors that influence it in a selected Brno lokativ“ is dedicated to the analysis and comparison of the amount of the rent in the offered flats in certain aboriginal sites. It deals with the factors that have an effect on the varying amount of the lease. The obtained data are divided into categories according to size, and 1+1 and 1+kk, 2+1, 2+kk, 3+1, 3+kk, 4+1 and 4+kk. For each category is created map. The results are summarized in tables and charts, and finally, evaluated and textually.
