Diplomová práce na téma ,,Nájemné bytu a faktory, které je ovlivňují ve vybrané lokalitě v Brně“ se věnuje analýze a porovnání výše nájemného v nabízených bytech v určitých brněnských lokalitách. Zabývá se faktory, které mají vliv na rozdílnou výši nájmu. Získané údaje jsou rozděleny do kategorií podle velikosti, a to 1+1 a 1+kk, 2+1, 2+kk, 3+1, 3+kk, 4+1 a 4+kk. Pro každou kategorii je vytvořena cenová mapa. Výsledky jsou shrnuty do tabulek a grafů a závěrem zhodnoceny i textově. Diploma thesis on the subjekt ,,Apartment rent and the factors that influence it in a selected Brno lokativ“ is dedicated to the analysis and comparison of the amount of the rent in the offered flats in certain aboriginal sites. It deals with the factors that have an effect on the varying amount of the lease. The obtained data are divided into categories according to size, and 1+1 and 1+kk, 2+1, 2+kk, 3+1, 3+kk, 4+1 and 4+kk. For each category is created map. The results are summarized in tables and charts, and finally, evaluated and textually.
