Structure of apartment building

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the floor structure of an apartment building in two structural variants. The aim of the work is to find out the internal forces, design and check in two construction variants. Finite Element Method was used for calculation internal forces using 2D model for floor slab and 3D model of building in the Dlubal RFEM 5.24. The work also includes check of masonry walls.

Master thesis and building technology solutions transshipment point in Prostejov covers technological studies throughout the construction, distribution structures on buildings, machinery equipment, time and financial plan. Furthermore, the thesis further focuses on one main structures of the whole building, object transshipment point. On this construction project is further developed such documentation and other documents that complement and prescribe requirements for faster, easier, safer, better and more technologically correct implementation of this phase.
Analysis of colapse of family house during the house building

One of the first point was to create drawings of a projected state before collapse from photos that I had. The project is aimed on causes and reports of fallen wall, then results are compared with software results. The project solves also reports of gable walls that were intact. I solve temporary options of bracing for these walls, compares each variants while trying to ease and the low cost of solution. The result is recommendation how to prevent collapse of the structure.
Technological stage of the rough superstructure of a residential building in Pohořelice

The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is to process the technological stages of the execution of masonry and floor structures of the rough superstructure of a residential building in Pohořelice. It’s a newly-built four-storey building labelled B3 and it’s one of the ten residential buildings in the complex Rezidence Malý Vinohrad, located in the western part of Pohořelice town. This thesis includes a technical report of the building that focuses on the technological stage of the rough superstructure, drawing up of the construction methods used for the execution of masonry and floor structures, the time schedule and the quality control and test plans. The thesis also contains the design of construction machinery including the selection of the lifting machinery and the technical report of the building site equipment. The report includes technical drawings and item budget with a bill of quantities. It also deals with the occupational safety and health regulations and thermal bridges of the balcony constructions.
Mixed-use Building in Beroun - Execution of Superstructure

The bachelor thesis deals with the processing of three technological stages of the headquarters of the polyfunctional building in Beroun. The building is designed for housing and civic amenities. There is a café and two business units. It is a partly basement building with one underground and three above-ground floors. The main supporting construction of the building is a monolithic skeleton reinforced with wall and core reinforcement.The perimeter casing is made of brick blocks Porotherm. The subject of the processed technological stages is the solution of monolithic reinforced concrete vertical supporting structures in 1st floor, monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling over 1st floor and perimeter filler masonry in 1st floor. In the framework of other assignments are processed formwork drawings for solved monolithic reinforced concrete structures.
Diagnostics of Historic Masonry Construction

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate an overview of the historical development of bricks and brickwork, including detailed methodology of diagnostics of historical brick structures. Part of this work is also a preliminary survey of a historical brick building, which includes passport failures and tests of samples taken from bricks and mortars. In this part, based on a visual survey, photographic documentation, evaluation of the tests and information provided by the archaeologists present, submitted a proposal for static construction measures against the further deterioration of the state of construction, or even measures to ensure construction so that it could be actively used.

Diploma thesis solves newly built pension in the village Jestřabí v Krkonoších - Křížlice. The pension is separately standing in a sloping terrain. It has a cuboid shape with gable roof, three aboveground floors and an underground floor with partial basement. The house is designed for accomodation of persons including families with children in the summer and winter season, with possibility of conferences and corporate training courses in off-season. As a part of pension there is a flat for its owner. Structural system is transversal, wall, technology of masonry. Horizontal load-bearing structures are combined. Gable roof is made by timber truss girders with metal roofing. Staircase is straight, two-arm with landing, monolithic. Foundation structures are shallow, foundation strips are monolithic, rectangular shaped, made from plain concrete.

The building is located in Humpolec, Highlands Region, Humpolec cadastral, land parcel No. 1877/6, the proposed building of the family house is situated on this land. Land investor is irregular rectangular plan, with a steep slope from northeast to southwest. The land is the eastern, southern and northern tents bordered by private land on which the buildings are located family home. The western boundary of the property is lined with a paved public roads for vehicular traffic on both sides lined the pavement. The building is a three story house with two floors and one basement floor. The building is covered with a flat roof. Object solitary house is made of a simple matter.
