Stavba se nachází v Humpolci, kraj Vysočina, katastrální území Humpolec, parcelní číslo pozemku 1877/6, navrhovaný objekt rodinného domu je situován na tomto pozemku. Pozemek investora je nepravidelného obdélníkového půdorysu, svažitého se spádem od severovýchodu k jihozápadu. Pozemek je z východní, jižní a severní stany lemován soukromími pozemky, na kterých se nachází objekty rodinných domů. Západní hranice pozemku je lemována veřejnou zpevněnou komunikací pro automobilovou dopravu po obou stranách lemovanou komunikací pro pěší. Objekt rodinného domu je třípodlažní se dvěmi nadzemními podlažími a jedním suterénním podlažím. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou. Objekt solitérního rodinného domu je tvořen jednoduchou hmotou. Půdorysný tvar objektu je obdélníkový o půdorysných rozměrech 16,40 x 12,40 m, výška objektu v nejvyšším bodě nad upraveným terénem je 6,20 m. The building is located in Humpolec, Highlands Region, Humpolec cadastral, land parcel No. 1877/6, the proposed building of the family house is situated on this land. Land investor is irregular rectangular plan, with a steep slope from northeast to southwest. The land is the eastern, southern and northern tents bordered by private land on which the buildings are located family home. The western boundary of the property is lined with a paved public roads for vehicular traffic on both sides lined the pavement.
