The main purpose of the bachelor thesis 'Marketing mix of services' is the analysis of a current situation and a subsequent proposal for efficiency improvement of marketing strategy of a company offering services in a field of physical education and sports. The theoretical part deals with basic terms of service marketing mix which are connected with given problematics. The analytic part of the thesis is focused on current situation of the fitness centre Best Gym Horova. In the practical part specific proposals and suggestions are given. Model of Sport Services in E-commerce

This diploma thesis deals with tools of electronic commerce. Author focuses on definition of electronic commerce, basic relation’s analysis, current trends, as well as the future perspective of e-commerce in its initial part. Information gained in that part is used to analyze a trading company operating in the field of sport service. Second part includes implementation proposal of new elements such as E-learning and E-shop into the company’s information system. These elements are supposed to increase competitive ability, to support marketing effort and to help to promote line of business.

The theoretical part parses general marketing terms, marketing environment, marketing mix instruments and their application in case of a sports club. The second part introduces the club and analyzes marketing enviroment of the club and its current marketing mix. The last part contains suggestions for its possible improvements.

Sponsorship proposal for potential partners of SC Xaverov Horní Počernice

Title: Sponsorship proposal for potential partners of SC Xaverov Horní Počernice Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to create a new sponsorship proposal for potential sponsors of SC Xaverov Horní Počernice. The secondary goal is to analyse sponsorship proposals for their actual sponsors and suggest and recommend appropriate measures to improve the current partnerships. Methods: The main method used in this thesis was a semi-structured interview with the head of management of the club. To obtain additional information, a case study and analysis of documents related to the sponsorship of the club have been made. Results: Based on the analysis of the club's current state, it was found that there are no sponsorship packages or an inventory of assets for the sponsors. Therefore, a new collection of five sponsorship packages was created. Those can help the club's bargaining with the sponsors. Furthermore, an inventory of assets which are within the club's reach but are currently not being offered has been created. The club has been also advised to create a section on their webpage dedicated to their potential sponsors and to create the graphic design of the sponsorship proposal. Comparison of proposals for sponsors in football clubs

Title: Comparison of proposals for sponsors in football clubs Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to compare and evaluate the list of advertisement options at 8 selected football clubs. Emphasis is placed on finding new trends that appear in tender leaves that are different from previous forms of list of advertisement options, as presented earlier literature. Methods: As a crucial method applied in this diploma thesis is considered content analysis. Additionally it was used as an analysis of documents and literature review. Results: According to available results show that the highest quality of tender leaf has a football club AC Sparta Praha. It offers on the Czech situation deluxe return for sponsorship. Other clubs bid sheet are much less sophisticated, but the differences between them are minimal. Diploma thesis shows the growing trend of new services partner of football clubs compared Čáslavová monograph (2009). It was found that the individual invitations to sheets appears additional 38 new areas related to the history, location and success of a particular football club. Comparison of Proposals for Club's Sponsors in Czech League of American Football

Title: Comparison of Proposals for Club's Sponsors in Czech League of American Football Targets: The main target of the thesis is to compare the proposals for the club's sponsors in the highest league of American football in the Czech Republic and suggest the recommendations for content of the proposals. Methods: Mixed research was used to achieve the target of the thesis, including an evaluation case study and an electronic survey. Results: The results of the research show the proposal of the Prague Black Panthers is the best processed. A long-term research is needed to prove it, but the results of the research show there might be a relationship between quality of the proposal, budget and the sports achievements of the club. The comparison of the current proposals with the sport marketing theory shows an inadequate proposal processing and lack of essential information which are important for the potential sponsors. This diploma thesis evaluates the current situation in the financing of sport from public and private sources in Slovakia and Czech Republic. Part of this work is research at the level of sports federations through quantitative research together with qualitative research. Research is focused on evaluate current situation of sport financing. The problems are related to insufficient funding from private sources mainly from sponsorship are obvious from results. Following these results, work contains recommendations for sports federations and sports clubs on funding opportunities.
Communication strategy of the F2 fitness centre in Strakonice

The title: The communicative stratégy of F2 fitness center in Strakonice The aim: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to propose new measures of the communication strategy for the following years. To obtain the data, there will be an analysis of the current communication strategy and the related awareness of population of Strakonice in terms of F2 fitness center in Strakonice. Methods: In this diploma thesis, methods in both qualitative and quantitative research were used. In terms of qualitative research, there were interviews (structured interview according to instructions) with the head of the fitness center and participating observations at F2 fitness center. Quantitative research was used mainly for the method of personal interviewing the individual respondents. The total number of respondents interviewed is 211. Results: The result of the diploma thesis is the proposal of new measures regarding the communication strategy of F2 fitness center in Strakonice. The measures contain some novelty in the field of modern communication that F2 did not have at the time of writing this work. Title: Evaluation of marketing conception of Bosu Nymburk Sport & Dancehall Objectives: The main objective of this work is to describe a marketing concept of Bosu Nymburk Sport & Dancehall and evaluate its marketing mix 7P. Another objective is to propose measures for improvement of this concept. Methods: Information about the operation of the fitness centre was obtained thanks to the attending offered lessons. To obtain another needful information, a semi- structured interview was conducted with the founder. To determine customer opinions was used a quantitative method electronic questioning. Results: Almost all aspects of marketing mix of Bosu Nymburk were evaluated positively. Thanks to the thesis, it was possible to acquire concrete measures to improve the services of the Bosu Nymburk Sport & Dancehall and eventual realization of this measures should make customers more satisfied.
