Stroke mechanism of bridge crane

This bachelor thesis is focused on the design stroke mechanism of bridge crane with load capacity of 10 000kg. The thesis contains a critical research of today-manufactured crane trolleys and a selection of a suitable conception. Part of the design are calculations of the lifting mechanism base parts, for example: rope diameter, pulleys diameters, complete dimensions of the rope drum, selection and the design of the electric motor, gearbox, brake, frequency inverter, gear and drum coupling. Last chapter is focused on the strength calculation of the rope drum, durability of the bearing, weld strength examination and radial load. Part of the thesis is the lifting mechanism assembly drawing documentations and the rope drum welding assembly.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the lifting mechanism of the crane cat, for a bridge storage crane with a load capacity of 8,000 kg. The thesis contains a critical research of similar existing solutions and the selection of the appropriate concept. The design includes calculations of the basic parameters of the stroke, and based on them selects appropriate rope, pulleys, and design of the rope drum. Furthermore, there are calculated and selected suitable components of the stroke mechanism such as electric motor, clutch, brake and gearbox. The last part deals with the design of the bearing, the drum pin and the calculation of the shaft key. The output of the work is the technical drawing of the whole assembly of the mechanism and the welding subassembly of the rope drum.

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to design rotary manipulator for manual welding of hoist drums for EXYZ storage machine. The rotary manipulator is designed for improving of the quality of welds, which have been made in the static bearing welding process of hoist drum. The first part is concerned on the critical research of welding manipulators, which could be founded on the market. In the next part, there are sketched possible construction designs of welding manipulator based on the market offer. The main part of the diploma thesis is own construction design, which is made on the base of suggested concept of construction design.

Bachelor's thesis deals with design of stroke mechanism of crane trolley loads for the weights which do not exceed 5 000 kg. This thesis divided into written and practical sections. Written part deals with the calculation of the principal dimensions of lifting and stress control of cable reel. In this work there are also given reasons for choosing certain key parts of the lifting mechanism, such as: electric motor, gearbox, etc. Prior to the calculations in each chapter there is usually located a short introduction of the topic. The practical part contains a drawing of the complete lifting mechanism, cable reel assembly and two production drawings.

Bachelor’s thesis deals with design rope winch for mobile machines with a maximum pulling force of 20000 N. The work consists of technical report and drawings. Technical report includes a search of the current solution, designs and controls rope, rope drum, electromotor, gearbox and bearings. Next the work includes custom design of semiautomatic mechanical clutch with the calculation components of which it is composed. Design documentation includes component drawing and drawing the rope drum.
Cable reel

The work deals with construction of electrical cable reel with lifting capacity 800 kg, height of lift 20 m and lift speed 10 m/min. In the work is solved design of cable, cable drum and its placing in frame, strenght calculations of the drum and its shafts, check calculations of bearings and keys, choice of suitable drive and its connection to the drum and fastening the whole to the base. Between parts of the work belong component drawings, parts list and assembly dravings with the main measurements and assembly diagram.
Overhead electric hoist

The theme of this bachelor’s thesis is overhead electric hoist, designed for lifting capacity 1,500 kg. It produced a technical report containing the calculation and design of electrical drives and lifting travel hoists including control of these drives. There are also carried out appropriate travel gear and travel, clutches, brakes and bearings and strength calculation of ropes and rope drum. Part of this work is to build the entire proposed drawing devices.
