The subject of thesis is documentation for partial basement family house with two floors with the office. The house is situated in the village Šardice. The house is alone standing in the existing development and will serve for 4 member family. At the underground floor will located garage. At the bottom of first floor will located business – design office. In the rest of first floor and full second floor will be used for housing. The terrace is part of house, and is with access to the garden.

Detached house, Bystrice pod Hostynem

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of a detached house in a particular area in the village Bystrice pod Hostynem. The aim is to create dispositionally logically linked com-plex that will suit the requirements of a modern four or five-member family and will fit into the current development with its own look. The house is designed as a two storey, no basement and with a gabled roof. The garage for one car is structurally and functionally joined with a living area. Peripheral walls are from the SENDWIX system, which is made up of the sand-lime bricks warmed with mineral insulation of rock wool. The orientation of this house to the cardinal points is chosen according to the requirements of sunlight and the thermal comfort of separate rooms. On the south side of the house is a spacious garden which is accessible through the terrace from the living room.

Diploma thesis solves the creation of layout study and creation of documentation for the realization new fire station. It is an object amenities used to perform the fire protection services unit of the population of the professional fire category JPO I. The type of fire station is P2. The building layout consists of three interconnected buildings arranged in a U. Structurally the building is divided into two systems. The middle part of the building consists of reinforced concrete skeleton, which has two floors. On the ground floor is garage, on the second floor are located facilities for firefighters. The side buildings connected to the skeleton are build of ceramic bricks, it is a wall system. The main entrance to the building is in the south building at the level of the first floor, where is situated the administrative and operational part of building. This building has two floors. From the northern side, the technical background of the fire station and the workshop are connected to the middle part of the buildin The building is basementless and is roofed by flat roofs only. The object is located on the edge of the Kaplice town, the terrain is slightly sloping. The solved area contains a few related objects.

Supporting parts of construction are made of POROTHERM system. The saddle roof is created with concrete tiles KMB Hodonka. Object is insulated by ETICS system. The building is situated in Letohrad. Surrounding terrain is flat. The project is focused on implementation part of documentation and treatment of particular details.

The thesis solves a project documentation of detached house with office suplies shop in Vyškov. The object is designed as a three-floor with partial basement and garage. Family house is uneven rectangular in shape, staffed by sloping terrain. In basement is situated technical room and cellars. The first floor is used for operating purposes. Here is located office suplies shop with facilities for employees, two garage with workroom and communal room for garden tools. Acces road to the office suplies shop and sales area indoors are designed for disabled person. In other floor are two independent duplex flats for family of four to five. Object includes terraces and balconies. Object is covered by a gable roof with counter dormers. Architectural and proportional design of the building fits into surrounding development.

The subject of this thesis is newly built multifunctional building that will be built in Brno. The part of Brno is called Sadová. The building will have five floors above ground and one underground floor. The underground floors will be used for car parking. The first floor will be located several shops. It will be hairdresser, florist's, supermarket and a cafeteria. Between the second and the fifth floor will be dwelling units. The project deals with building a family house in Kuřim. The building is designed as a detached house with garage for one car. The object has two floors, no basement. The building is situated parallel with the adjacent roads. Floor plan of the building is regular. Visual appearance of house does not affect the street and adjacent detached houses. The main entrance to the house and driveway are oriented to the road (northwest). The bearing walls are designed from the sand-lime bricks (with ETICS insulation). Ceilings are designed from the ceramic-concrete panels. The house has a shed roof, above the garage and main entrance is a flat roof.

The content of this thesis is the construction of a detached house in the Moravany village near the city of Brno. This is a house with two floors and a basement. The house is a self-contained housing unit, and is designed for 2 persons (2 children, 2 adults) for long-term accommodation. The main load-bearing walls are made of structural system Ytong and Prefa for underground walls. The non-supported walls in the basement are made of autoclaved aerated concrete, the rest of non-supported walls are made of plasterboard in the floors. The ceilings are made up of Ytong beams and autoclaved aerated concrete inserts, cast-concrete layer, forming reinforced concrete beamed ceiling. The roof is sloped, gabled, created by the construction of timber truss, purlin system.

The bachelor's thesis on a topic “The family house of standard passive” deals with the design of the house for family housing in accordance with applicable legislation. The house is designed in the Highlands on the edge of developing area Račerovice. The cellarless two-storey building is made of brick. The roof is according to local regulative plan made up of saddle-shaped truss system. The passive character of the house requires large glass areas on the south facade of the house and high-quality thermal insulation of the building envelope with minimal losses. The house is associated with a brick garage with a shed-roof.

The building has two floor and one grand floor with garage for two cars. The building is set in sloping terrain. Load-bearing structure is formed by formwork Best and structural system by Porotherm. The building is coverd by saddleback roof and walkable green roof.
