The subject of this diploma thesis is to elaborate a business plan based on franchising in early childhood education. The theoretical part contains the definition of a business plan and its parts, as well as explanations of basic concepts in franchising and finally a description of laws and regulations, which must be followed in the establishment of kindergarten. The target is a practical demonstration of the establishment of kindergarten through franchising.

The outcome of the work will be proposing the concept of franchising for the company AUTO HORÁK. The concept is designed to allow a basis for its expansion.

Franchising as a way of business

The bachelor thesis describes franchising as a way of business and focuses on history of franchising as well as the factors that support faster growth in the Czech Republic. It discusses the advantages and disadvantages from the perspective of the franchisor and the franchisee. Part of the thesis is devoted to the franchise contract which defines the relationships between the business partners. The data obtained from McDonald's are analysed. The purpose of this work is to characterize the company McDonalds and to identify the advantages and disadvantages in relation to other competitors on the market. A questionnaire survey and case studies are used for the research and the SWOT analysis is used to analyze the competition. The work finishes with recommendations for McDonalds.

The bachelor thesis examines franchising as a way of business and focuses mainly on the food franchises in the Czech Republic. Franchising is a sales system based on cooperation between the franchisor, who provides the rights to use the brand's name and the franchisee, the user of these rights. The aim of this work is to propose possible step for the entry of the selected private limited company Kafe Korzo to the franchising system. Through the content analysis of secondary sources, an overview of the current situation on the franchise market was compiled and then marketing research was conducted in order to map the respondent's opinion on creating a franchise from the company Kafe Korzo. The information obtained from the research could be beneficial both for the company and for all current and potential entrepreneurs interested in the franchise market.
The Use of Franchising in the System Providing Health Care Services in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the usage possibilities of franchising within the scope of health care services provided in the Czech Republic. First part of the thesis concerns franchising in general, describes its principals, development, law regulation etc. Second part analyzes franchising market in the Czech Republic and subsequently identifies respective concepts that are active within the scope of health care services. In my opinion, based on the analysis performed and with respect to theoretical findings, due to specifics of health care services, franchising might represent a suitable form of cooperation only among selected types of these services. Recommended among the concepts available on our market within the scope of health care services are those, which according to my opinion have potential to become a successful business opportunity.

This theses treats the question of business activities development of the company Adam Rujbr Architects s.r.o.. The company provides a complex range or architectural services including design and engineering and their aim is to be a respected, reliable and comprehensive service supplier. Based on analyses of the relevant company business information I have suggested a solution of further company development. My proposal includes suggestion of collateral business activities using a franchising model for run network of a multipurpose apartments.
