The Usage of Project Management Methods for Creation of the Corparate Identity

This thesis is focused on the project management methods within planning project of creation visual identity with photographing the products and creation of the web graphic for customer. Except the planning of project the thesis also analyzes current situation and decides whether the project is suitable for realisation. Thesis also includes teoretical background required for understanding this issue. The result of this thesis can be used as a basis for realization of the project.

V diplomové práci je představena strategie vstupu na geograficky nový trh pro nedávno založenou společnost. Misí společnosti je skrze ukázky pražení kávy, ochutnávky kávy přiblížit svět kávy, a zároveň poskytnout zákazníkům kvalitní čerstvě upraženou kávu. Cílem práce je na základě kritické analýzy nového trhu navrhnout strategii na jeho vstup. Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky, analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí (Porterovu analýzu pěti sil, PEST analýzu, SWOT analýzu a marketingový výzkum) a návrhy řešení.

Polešovská, L. Corporate social responsibility of multinational organizations in the information technology sector. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. This diploma thesis is focused on corporate social responsibility in selected multinational organizations in the information technology sector, namely on Apple, Google, IBM and Microsoft. Recommendations for those organizations are based on qualitative analysis. Based on quantitative analysis and selected organizations recommendations were developed recommendation for small and middle sized IT companies in Czech Republic. Research has shown that multinational IT organizations are socially responsible. They are paying attention to all areas of CSR and are leaders in enviromental field.

Proposal and implementation of communication strategy of the Domácí těstoviny bistro

The aim of this Master's thesis is to analyze communication activities of the Domácí těstoviny bistro and subsequently on the basis of the analysis to propose and implement a new communication strategy leading primarily to increase awareness of the potential customers and build loyalty of the existing customers. This Master's thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on service marketing (specifically catering services) and the importance of marketing management and planning for small and medium businesses. It also focuses on analysis of the current situation, marketing research and marketing communication. The practical part includes performances of the Domácí těstoviny bistro, the application of the analysis of the current situation and evaluation information from primary and secondary research. The most important, final part of the Master's thesis is to proposal, implementation and evaluation of the communication strategy of the Domácí těstoviny bistro.
