Company business start-up

The subject of the study on the chosen topic was the project of starting-up a fitness club in Volgograd, entitled Fit34Life. The aim of bachelor work was to write a full-scale business-plan with calculations of economic efficiency of the project implementation. In order to achieve the goal following tasks were set: -Essence studying of business-planning; - Consider the structure of business-plan; -Development of a business-plan; -Evaluation of possible risks of the future project; -Studying the economic side of the business plan; -Efficiency calculation of the business plan. The practical method was used, as well as a general-logic method. Bachelor thesis is 71 pages in volume, consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion, bibliography and supplements. The first chapter is Theoretical part reveals the basic concepts of business planning, as well as consider the main elements of the methodology of the business plan. The second chapter is Practical part includes a business plan to open a fitness club, with calculations of economic efficiency of the project and risk assessment. Modernity and the relevance of this work is that in Russia have not yet accumulated enough experience to develop business plans. Lack of theoretical and methodological development of various aspects of business planning, and especially those related to market research and organizational aspects, reduces the quality of the developed business plans and in some cases leads to wrong decisions. In this regard, the use of modern methods of business planning is an urgent task in modern conditions of economic development.
Cost analysis of the platform as a service solutions for a model company.

The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on general characteristics of cloud computing. It includes introduction into characteristics of cloud deployment, payment and distribution models. Furthermore, this section clarify the role of participants, security and advantages and disadvantages. Particular emphasis is aimed on the distribution model platform as a service and its providers. This knowledge is then used in the practical part, which is also focused on a platform as a service. Theoretical benefit of this part is to establish a structured, coherent and comprehensive insight into cloud computing. The practical part consists of an analysis comparing the investment and operating costs of custom and cloud solutions for model company. The first section of the analysis is defining the company's own infrastructure and solutions. The other section clearly visualizes investment and operating costs of such infrastructure. These costs are then compared with equivalent solutions using cloud technology and put into context with the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies.
IT risk management in trading company

This thesis focuses on IT risk management process. IT risks of trading company are identified by using risk assessment techniques. The risk assessment is conducted according to international standard ISO/IEC 27005 and ISACAs Risk IT Framework. Finally, risks are evaluated and controls are proposed.
Role of corporate social network in small and medium enterprises

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of making of corporate social network in a company. These days there are many corporate social networks offering various tools and instruments that are useful for improving processes within a company. Thus it is very useful to know about these possibilities and also to be aware of possible benefits and harms their usage might have. Firstly the thesis provides a needed theoretical background for the reader, where it describes overall overview about the origin and development of technologies being used in a corporate environment. Then it describes tool and instruments a corporate social network can offer. Case study at the end focuses on a specific company, where one particular corporate social network was chosen to be implemented, and furthermore it analyses the potential benefits of such implementation. Purpose of this thesis is to inform its reader about the commencement and development of corporate social network; to point out tools which it can offer and benefits and negatives their usage brings; to briefly analyse small and medium enterprise market and to show its importance and potential it has; to propose an implementation of a specific corporate social network for a small company and possible positive impacts this implementation may have.
Methods of Selection of Information System

The thesis focuses on a process of selection of information systems (applications) and methods of their selection. It explores common mistakes, which businesses and their managers make when they select an information system. Overall, the research is focused on small and medium-sized enterprises. The main terms, the steps of selection, the methods of multi-criteria decision analysis and the common mistakes of decision makers are analysed in the theoretical part. In the practical part, three methods of selection are used in a particular enterprise. Consequently, a suitable solution for the company was selected. A group of recommendations was constructed on the basis of the interviews with seven experts on information systems. These recommendations can be used in small and medium-sized enterprises as a prevention of common mistakes that could be made in the process of selection.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is an analysis and design of an application intended for retail business, targeted specifically on businesses lead by Vietnamese entrepreneurs. This paper is meant for people who are interested in the matters of retail business in general, as well as information system design and analysis. It can also serve as a source of the newest publications, compiled with accent on modern trends and usefulness. This thesis consists of several sections. The theoretical part outlines the expected benefits of this work, reviews and charts literary sources related to this topic and gives an insight into the current legislation of the field, and explains the basic terms and introduces a reader to the context of the retail business. The practical part delves deep into the analysis of the current state of the chosen retail company, clarifies the requirements of the application and depicts use cases. Additionally, the thesis provides a comprehensible analysis of the market. SEO Analysis and Specific Website Improvement

This bachelor thesis deals with issue of optimizing websites for search engines and by that ensuring better position in search engine result pages. The aim of the thesis is to clarify basic knowledge from this area followed by its application in practical analysis of particular website. The theoretical part of this thesis explains the basic terms from SEO and operation of fulltext search engine, mainly the operation of search engine from Google Corporation. In practical part of the thesis there are two options of SEO analysis applied. First option is the analysis by online SEO analyser, which points out the irrelevancy of results of similar online toolbars. The second option is own analysis and monitoring specific factors listed in the theoretical part. The result of the analysis is the evaluation of the current status of the websites from the perspective of SEO and recommendation of specific website changes to reach the optimization of websites for search engines. The bachelor thesis provides knowledge of search engine in a simple form optimization and it can be used as a guide for webmasters of small websites who are interested in optimizing their websites.

This bachelor thesis is focused on IT support for endowment fund. Target of this thesis is finding states of market offer in area IT solutions for supporting endowment fund, that helps disabled children. It's need to do several steps for dealing with this target. First part of this thesis contains general legislative determination of endowment fund and introduction of specific endowment fund. For this endowment fund is seeking IT solution. In second part of this thesis are identifying information objects, targets and requirements on functionality. Based on this analysis of processes and functionalities is seeking best on Czech Republic IT market. For this thesis is studied activities of one specific endowment fund, so the result of this thesis may not correspond to the needs of another endowment fund but the results could be generalized and transformed for using in another types of endowment fund.
