This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of RK Satis Group, s. r. o. for six consecutive periods. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts, it is theoretical, analytical and part with improvements. The first part focuses on the theoretical description to understand the issue under study, which is then used in the second analytical part. The analytical part contains not only the results described in the theoretical part, but also their interpretation and comparison with a selected competitor company. In conclusion, the thesis deals with suggestions for improving the financial situation of the company.

Firstly, the objectives, methods and procedures of this thesis are defined. Then the thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains the theoretical background, which is then applied to the analytical part. And the third part contains a detailed description of the proposals for improving the financial situation of the company.

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company TEPLOTECHNA PRŮMYSLOVÉ PECE, s.r.o. in the years 2016-2020. In the theoretical part, selected tools and methods of financial analysis are described, which are subsequently applied in the practical part of this work. The results of the financial analysis are used to assess the financial health of the company. In the last part of this work, proposals that could improve the company's financial situation are formulated.

The company's performance is compared both with selected competitors and with industry values. As part of the theoretical part, methods are presented, which are subsequently used in the analytical part to evaluate the economic situation of the company. In the proposal part, proposals are presented leading to the improvement of the economic situation of the company.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the overall financial situation of the company TOPMODEL CZ s.r.o. thtough financial analysis. For evaluation I use final accounts from years 2011-2015. An essential part will be also be compared with the competition. I will proceed from these findings and calculations in drafting, which should lead to improved economic results. Competition analysis will try to find a competitive advantage and then I suggest steps, that could help to the company in fight with rivals.

This bachelor thesis focuses on performance financial analysis. It analyses financial situation of Kofola a.s. in 2012 – 2014 with use of basic methods of financial analysis. In the first part there are theoretics of financial analysis, in second part is performed the financial analysis and in the third part are suggestions of improvements of current situation of the company.
