Path Planning in 3D Space
Sasýn, Radek ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This work describes path finding among obstacles in 3D space using probabilistic algorithms. Users can create scene in application GUI - define start object, obstacles, goal position and run probabilistic algorithm. The finding path is visualized. The work describes probabilistic algorithm, collision detection and the basics of 3D graphics and shows design and implementation of an application created.
Path Planning in 3D Space
Němec, František ; Samek, Jan (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This paper deals with the problem of object path planning in 3D space. The goal is to create program which allows users to create a scene used for path planning, perform the planning and finally visualize path in the scene. Work is focused on probabilistic algorithms that are described in the theoretical part. The practical part describes the design and implementation of application. Finally, several experiments are performed to compare the performance of different algorithms and demonstrate the functionality of the program.
Finger Position Tracking in 3D Space
Hegr, Miloš ; Šimek, Václav (referee) ; Malaník, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a universal system for measuring data describing position in 3D space. This paper provides a theoretical overview of position description in 3D space and shows the possibilities of position reconstruction from sensor data. It gives a closer look at the RingOne hardware device, and finally proposes and implements a system for finger position reconstruction using this device. This system consists of the firmware for the RingOne device, a C language library allowing easy communication with the measuring device and a protocol defining the way data is transmitted and how the measuring device is configured. This work is also complemented by a modified Spacenavd driver for easy presentation of the measured data.

User Interaction with Objects in 3D Space
Studeník, Pavel ; Španěl, Michal (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on interaction with object in 3D environment. For detection of user is used the Microsoft Kinect device. Interaction is based on touchless control which is inspirated by reality.  Behaviour of designed solution is researched in experiments and some application is created for demonstration of functionality.
Design of Information of Selected Topics
Novotná, Kateřina ; Hořava, Michal (referee) ; Houf, Václav (advisor)
The MA thesis presents the discipline of information design as a large but a compact unit. The chapter about the history in the wider framework of visual communication and the chapter about information age present conditions and context of evolution of information design to its contemporary forms. These chapters are followed by information design characteristic and division into several categories completed by a selection of representative examples. In addition to information design, an area of less constrained production (cases when readability prevails over aesthetics) of information art is presented here. "Web site offers a structured overview of information design and a view of different ways of perception of information through design."
