Accompanying patients in hospitals

The thesis "Counselling the Sick in Hospital" deals with the issue of hospital chaplaincy in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines key terms (illness, accompaniment, hospital chaplain), describes the challenges of the sick, addresses the question of their value and the meaning of life during illness, and describes the stages of coping with illness. The theological excursion deals with love from a biblical perspective and concludes with a chapter on the meaning of suffering. The empirical part consists of an analysis of articles on hospital chaplaincy, primarily interviews with chaplains. The topics from the interviews were sorted by frequency into chapters (introducing the service, prejudices, death, covid, etc.), in which chaplains express their opinions from various perspectives, which complement each other, and from which a media image of chaplaincy in the Czech Republic can be assembled. The results of their testimonies are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis.

The Lost and the Found as the Image of God's Love: Luk 15

This B.A. thesis 'Lost and Found as a symbol of God's Love: Lk 15' is focused on the interpretation of the 15th chapter of the Gospel of Luke, i.e. of the parables of the Lost Sheep, of the Lost Coin and of the Prodigal Son. Its aim is to reflect on the essence of God's love as expressed in these three parables. The first part describes the general information concerning Luke's Gospel, the second explains a genre of parable on a general level, the third describes the common framework of the three parables and the remaining sections are focused on the particular parables in detail. The largest space is devoted to the Parable of the Prodigal Son, which is split into three main sections according to main characters. Love - the Greatest Commandment

This diploma thesis "Love as the Greatest Commandment" contains an interpretation of verses that deal with the Double Commandment of Love. First, it deals with the biblical understanding of the concept of commandments in general. It then deals with the commandment of love in the Old Testament, where it is found in two places: in the books of Deuteronomy and Leviticus. In the New Testament, it appears in conversation with the scribe in all the synoptic Gospels, which are first discussed separately and then their comparison is given. Furthermore, The New Commandment, which is found in the Gospel of John, and finally selected verses from the First Epistle of John are explained. Following is a summary, update and conclusion.

Contract on future contract - comparison of the existing and future regulation

no save date (document not saved) Abstract The aim of this thesis was to compare the current legislation regarding a contract on a future contract with the future legislation. As of 1 January 2014 the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the civil code, will become effective. The new civil code will bring many changes to the Czech legal system. Legal provisions regarding a contract on a future contract will also be amended by the new code. This thesis is divided into seven chapters. Each of these chapters is divided into subchapters. In each chapter I analyze the legal provision regarding the topic of the chapter in general and then I follow up with an analysis of a contract on a future contract. In the first chapter I compare legal provisions on form of a contract on a future contract under the current legislation with the provisions of the new civil code. The new civil code is based on a principle of informality of legal acts. Therefore it will be possible to enter into a contract on a future contract in any form. In the second chapter I analyze subjects of a contract on a future contract. Changes regarding the parties of the contract under the new civil law will not be significant. Evaluation of Nurses in the Most Town Hospital

The Master thesis deals with evaluation of staff, an inseparable part of the process of management of human resources. The thesis includes both theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part provides explanation of the importance of human resources for the relevant organisation elaborates on modern conception of management of human resources and identifies the process of management of work performance, which is an important part of management of human resources. The thesis focuses in greater detail on evaluation proper of the staff. After defining the term, significance is described of evaluation of staff for the relevant organisation. Conditions for effective evaluation are also referred to. The thesis then deals with evaluation itself of the staff; i.e. with manners and frequencies of evaluation, topics of evaluation, methods and the course of the evaluation process. References to the basic legislative framework associated with this area are inseparable parts of the thesis. The last chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the process of implementation of the new system, when the general change management is elaborated on as well as the peculiars of launching the evaluation system. Methods of Communication and Stylistic Education in the Second Year of Primary School.

Diploma thesis deals with methods of communication and stylistic education at the elementary school, specifically in the second class. The main aim is to create a stack of methods for this subject which will be effectively applicable in practice. The task is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical one has six chapters. Five of them characterize notions connected to the topic, definitions, conception of communication and stylistic education in past and nowadays. They also submit principles, content and goal of this component. The sixth chapter presents different categorization described in scholarly literature. It compares described systems and it apprizes with available methods. The empirical part is dedicated to the stack of communication and stylistic education methods that is possible to use in specific lessons. It has been based on analysis of scientific literature, own class observation and it is complemented by innovative teaching methods. In the end of thesis we discuss about available material for teachers, the efficiency of created method, advantages of created stack and its usage in future.
