Attitudes to the Education of the Romany Students

The topic of this thesis, "Attitudes to the Education of the Romany students", is looking at instruction of Roma people as a tool for crime prevention related to this ethnic group. The purpose of this text is to assess the practical impacts of the implementation of the Czech government's "Strategy for Crime Prevention", based on personal experience and involvement in a project related to it. A specific project, in a selected area, is used as an example of how to implement projects of this kind. The following text is split into two parts. The first part is describing the history of Roma people in the Czech lands, and addresses the relationship between this ethnic group and crime. The second part is focused on the project related to the Strategy for Crime Prevention. The Strategy is first theoretically introduced and then described in practical terms in the given locality.

Leisure Time of Students of second Grade of Elementary school

The master thesis discusses ways of spending free time by children of secondary school and aims to examine the significant impact of appropriate action by the various educational agents. The work is divided into two parts. Theoretical and practical. The first part explains the concept of "free time" and emphasizes the impact of right influence at this time. Theoretical part concludes with chapters dedicated to the personality, development and availability of children in middle school age.The practical part contains the results of an empiric research,which was mainly used a combination of a questionnaire survey and data analysis. The research is divided into two thematic units. First, there are the results of data analysis that focus on question how kids of 8th grade see their leisure time. Competition and its manifestations in the market of ČR

The purpose of this thesis is to give an overview of the definitions of compe- tition in literature and an assessment of competition in the Internet market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is based on literature of domestic and global origins. This part is specializing not only in the understanding of competition in individual scholarly works but also in its influence on the market mechanism, and its typology. An important constituent of this work is the analy- sis of unfair commercial practice as defined in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. The practical part deals with the specific manifestation of price and non- price competition within the Czech Internet market. Research was performed on six selected web portals selling electronics. Quantitative data obtained within this research are shown in tables forming part of the text.
