Title: Technique and methodology of training of Ikeda's kata exercise with jo in aikido. Aim: The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe systematically and explain the exercise techniques of kata with jo of Ikeda Sensei on the basis of available resources and the author's personal experience. The author aims to extend the possible forms of study of these techniques through multimedia processing for both professionals and public interested in martial arts. Tasks: To gather the necessary theoretical and practical information and data needed for processing the theme To select and design tools for the elaboration of kata teaching methodology. Practical implementation: to divide kata analytically into sub-parts, to describe these parts and to take their photographic and video record. Create a video on DVD. To elaborate the textual and graphic part of the diploma thesis and to print the final version. Methods of work: The thesis is a theoretical-descriptive in nature and we use these methods for its implementation: Analysis and study of documents. Historical method. Compilation Comparative method. 59 Tax Search - English summary The aim of this work is to describe the basics of tax search of Czech tax authorities in view of new tax procedure act, and jurisdiction. In 2011 a new Tax Procedure Act has come into operation. It affects all tax procedures including tax search. It has established new principles of tax procedures, and has also included some jurisdiction. However, it has also established some new questions, that must be sold by new jurisdiction. Tax search is a specific procedure how government, using its special agencies - usually Tax Authority Offices, monitors declared taxes. Sometime tax authorities think their work is so important that there is no limitation in used tools. Then a court must say there is a limitation not only in act but also in principles of good administration. Some of these opinions were included into the new act, some were left intact since government does not agree with them. Tax search must have its goal. According to Constitutional Court a tax authority cannot start arbitrarily but there must be some suspicions, and a prove of it. Tax search alone can be separated into 3 parts - beginning, process, and conclusion. All these parts have their guidelines. Analysis of Parameters of the Injection Curtain in the Bedrock of the Vlčia Dolina Dam

Goal of this article is to analyze the parameters of the curtain grouting (CG) in the bedrock of the Vlčia Dolina dam, using the modern criteria for water pressure tests (WPT). The input data for the evaluation of the CG were taken from the results of the water pressure tests. When designing the parameters of the injection screen at the time of its construction, Lugeons criteria were used. At present, 70 years after the start of operation of the waterworks, newer criteria are used for the design of parameters (depth). The purpose of the presented article is mainly the analysis of the suitability of the use of the criteria (Jähde, Verfel, Houlsby) in the conditions of the bedrock of the Vlčia Dolina dam. The finite element method (FEM) was used to find optimal depth of the curtain grouting.

Title: Lifestyle changes affecting the overweight or obese women Objective: The aim of our investigation will determine whether through physical activity and eating habits can positively affect body weight reduction in adult women with overweight and obesity. This work would also like to draw attention to eating a mostly physical habits that may not be enough , and I would also like to point out how women are familiar with this issue . Methods: To get all the data has been recovered poll list , which consists of 22 questions selected and which lasted for one month . The main task is to compare the physical and dietary habits among adult women with normal weight women and overweight and obesity. Filling in the poll list that I created on the site vyplnto.cz was completely anonymous . This could be posted to the most objective answers. Results: From the research we have confirmed all three hypotheses . We can say that women who are overweight and obese have higher energy intensity than women with normal weight , because often consume inappropriate foods that are energy rich . Regularity Boarding is at a better level in women with normal weight . Women who are overweight and obese have an exercise regimen with a lower volume than women with normal weight . Environmental Impacts of Municipal Land-use Planning

-154- English Abstract The thesis describes and analyzes municipal land-use planning from the perspective of municipalities, following the adoption of a new Spatial Planning Act and its extensive amendment effective from January 1, 2013. The land-use plan is the most important tool of special planning from municipal perspective. However, the land-use plan is not the only spatial planning tool. Governmental and regional spatial plans are superior instruments, concept plans and locational plans are inferior to land-use plan. Land-use plans are strongly linked to environmental protection. Three levels of the protection can be found in land-use planning procedure. The first one is the involvement of environmental authorities as respective authority. The respective authority issues an opinion. The opinions are binding, with some exceptions, and land- use plan preparatory needs to find out mutual compromise within them to be able to issue the land-use plan. The second level is an assessment of impacts on sustainable development. Land-use planning is about to find compromise between the pillars of assessment of impacts on sustainable development, i.e. development environmental protection, economic development and social development.
