Title: Proposal for the preparation and implementation of a course on survival in nature. Objectives: In the theoretical part of the thesis the method of literature search was used. Subsequently, the knowledge and information obtained in the theoretical part was transferred to the practical part, which was additionally supplemented with own experience and inspiration from professional authors dealing with the creation of a course on survival. Methods: In the theoretical part of the thesis the method of literature search was used. Results: The result of the work is a comprehensive and practical course plan that could be useful for instructors, organizations, and individuals interested in the outdoors. Conclusion: The aim was to design a three-day programme for fifteen people who have minimal knowledge of the outdoors. Analysis of the functions of the past conditional in French in the light of its Czech equivalents in the parallel corpus InterCorp

Theoretical part of this work generally deals with past conditional in French. Basic types of function of past conditional in French are defined using fundamental French grammar books and French textbooks. Furthermore, work resumes characteristic of this phenomenon in Czech language. In the following empirical part the phenomenon is analysed using lingual material gained from the parallel corpus InterCorp. The phenomenon is analysed in perspective of frequency and subsequently in the context of its equivalents in Czech.
A Corpus of Czech Learners' French: Possibilities of its Building and Exploitation

This work deals with the possibilities of building and exploitation of a corpus of Czech Learners' French. The first part presents the learner corpora in the context of corpus linguistics on the basis of literature and scientific articles relevant to this subject with a special attention for corpora of French L2. Furthermore, the work focusses on the methodological principles of building a learner corpus (e.g. the specific metadata about the respondents and the material) and the error taxonomy. Next section of the work is devoted to analysis of a sample of learner's written productions with a critical description of the error taxonomy.

Teaching french as a foreign language using drama techniques

This work deals with prospective method of teaching French as a foreign language through drama in education. It resumes different approaches of language teaching in the second half of 20th century. It puts drama methods into the context of language teaching. In present time, these methods are marginal in language teaching in the Czech Republic. However, their relevance becomes clear since the action learning is valued in language teaching. Next section of the work is devoted to analysis of an original French book used as a basis for an educational project called Paris. Furthermore, the work describes personal pedagogical experience with a group of high school students on a project pursuing the topic of Paris city. The project is focused on developing communicative competences of Czech students learning French using methods of drama in education such as role playing and improvisation. This work is thus an example of specific use of methods described above.
