The Master´s thesis focuses on the marketing plan for VMD Drogerie in the city of Uherské Hradiště. The theoretical part includes the information from the field of a marketing plan and procedures for the creation, which are connected on the literary sources. The thesis analyzes the current situation of drugstores, its opportunities and problems. The obtained data was used for the creation of a marketing plan. The last part of this thesis brings also suggestion solutions.

Change of System of Rewarding in the Production Company

This thesis deals the system of remuneration and motivation of employees in a production company. The purpose is to analyze the current remuneration system and propose a possible change in the remuneration system with new knowledge gained through empirical research. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of remuneration. The practical part examines the current situation in the company, includes a questionnaire research. The final part of the thesis contains possible suggestions for improvement and last but not least economic evaluation of the proposed changes.

Development of empathy with the help of literature for children

This Bachelor thesis is focused on literature for children which is viewed as a valuable information source for the development of kids empathy. The aim of this thesis is to examine this development and offer the opportunity to use it in kindergarten. The theoretical part is aimed at the historical chain of events in the area of development of children literature, literature awards and empathy which is defined and observed during the development of a child. The practical part is aimed at collecting quality children literature that supports the development of empathy from which is one book used in a topical part that couldn't have been realised due to the problems with the pandemic. Therefore, it was evaluated with the help of pedagogues from kindergartens, and it is going to be realised in the first chance possible.

Gauss and the constructability of regular polygons with ruler and compass

1 ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis deals with chosen Euclidean constructions of regular polygons and summarizes their historical development. It focuses on the mathematician who is essentially adherent to this theme, his name is Carl Friedrich Gauss. In the first part of the thesis the important statements from Gauss's life and particularly from his scientific publications are given. Then the idea of algebraic formulation of the constructions with ruler and compass is characterized and the main theorems about these constructions are proved here. Further Gauss's theorem about constructability of regular polygons is given and proved while using Galois Theory. The next part is focused on Gauss's construction of the regular 17-gon, which is described in details. At the same time the thesis explains other interesting constructions from various authors created during the 19th century and in the beginning of the 20th century.

In vitro cultures of medicinal plants - XVI

Medicinal plant cultures in vitro - XVI The subject of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of secondary metabolites production in Silybum marianum, (L.) Gaertn. cultures in vitro after elicitor treatment. The aim of the study was to find if an abiotic elicitor 5-tert-butyl-N-(4- chlorbenzyl)pyrazine-2-carboxamide increases the flavonolignan production Silybum marianum cultures in vitro. Experiment was carried out in callus and suspension cultures of Silybum marianum using Murashige - Skoog nutrient medium supplemented with 10 mg/l α-naphthylacetic acid. The elicitor was added in the form of solution in three different concentrations (C1 = 3. 292.10-3 mol/l, C2 = 3. 292.10-4 mol/l and C3 = 3. 292.10-5 mol/l) and it was affecting 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 and 168 hours. The content of flavonolignans was determined by HPLC. The maximum flavonolignan production (0. 280 mg.g-1 DW) in callus culture was observed after 24 hours of elicitor application in concentration of C2 = 3. 292.10-4 mol/l, when the highest content of silychristin was detected. The second significant increase in flavonolignan production (0. 271 mg.g-1 DW) in callus culture was noticeable after 12 hours of elicitor treatment in concentration of C3 = 3. 292.10-5 mol/l, when the highest increase in silydianin and silybin B accumulation was found. Victims of domestic violence and their Criminal Law protection This diploma thesis deals with a domestic violence, its victims and options of their protection that can be found at Criminal Law. Domestic violence, due to its unique aspects, is considered to be a really sensitive issue that had unfortunately stayed in silence for many years. This silence had been caused especially by the fact that violence incidents usually occur outside of public, in privacy of victims' home. That is why some people tend to improperly consider domestic violence as strictly private manner that does not need to be regulated by state officials. There has been a significant shift for few last decades thanks to interest of professional and also non-professional public. The phenomenon of domestic violence has become being on stage and programs and preventive plans of help for treated persons are just being implemented. Despite all of mentioned improvements, domestic violence does represent the widespread, but still underestimated, social problem. Teaching Mathematics using the CLIL method for lower secondary pupils

This diploma thesis deals with CLIL which stands for Content and Language Integrated Learning, to be more precise it deals with the integration of Mathematics and English for lower secondary pupils. To realize this method I have chosen the topics of congruent figures in the plane and reflective symmetry. The aim of my thesis was to check whether the chosen topics are suitable for CLIL lessons, whether CLIL method is not an obstacle for the activity of pupils in the lesson or if it does not create any problems with understanding of the subject matter in Mathematics. The theoretical part is focused on describing the CLIL method in general, then I summarize the preparation of the educational experiment and describe the project of the lessons in English and in Czech language. The last part is dedicated to the realization of the experiment with three different groups of pupils of the 6th grade of elementary school. The gained data have been processed on the basis of observation and analysis of the final individual work and the questionnaire. The results of observation and analysis confirm that it is possible to integrate the teaching of Mathematics and foreign language successfully.
