Support of self-regulation and stress rereduction of high school students in bettween the transition periods of full-time learing and distance education during the covid-19 pandemic

This thesis focuses on the promotion of self-regulation and stress reduction in secondary school students during the transition periods between full-time and distance education during the covid-19 pandemic. The aim of the thesis is to identify the stressors experienced by the students, the strategies that helped the students to regulate stress and the ways in which the students' self-regulation was promoted by the teaching staff. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with basic terms related to stress, especially stress in children and adolescents. It also focuses on defining forms and methods of self-regulation and distance education. The practical part of the thesis deals with stress and self-regulation in students of a selected secondary school during the transitions between full-time and distance education. A qualitative research design was used to meet the research objective. The data for the research investigation was obtained through semi-structured interviews with pupils, pupils' class teachers and school counselling staff. Analysis of school documentation also provided insights. Bullying in preschool children

This thesis deals with the issue of bullying in preschool children. Work will concentrate on theoretical findings from the literature on this topic. It focuses for children aged 3 6/7 years, both as a victim and aggressor. In the work is defined developmental stage of preschool age children. The following describes the various stages, forms and causes of bullying. Finally, there are also shown the consequences of bullying. The next part deals with the causes of aggressive behavior of children. Definition of terms and description of aggression in preschool children. In the final phase of work is solved the prevention of unwanted behaviors in children, its forms and possible solutions in the context of the kindergarten and family.

Application of heuristic methods in real vehicle routing problem

This thesis is continuation of the bachelor thesis "Model of delivery routes and placement logistics centers with opportunities of their optimization". It is about distribution problems and specifically a vehicle routing problem. The aim of this thesis is finding a solution of the vehicle routing problem which will be used repeatedly in the firm. The main task is achieving the lowest costs (total kilometers) with maximum utilization of vehicle capacity; in such conditions that all requirements of logistics centers will be satisfied and maximal capacity of vehicle will be tolerated. For calculation was used a solver Gurobi 6.0.3 in system MPL for Windows 4.2, which won't, however, provide the optimal solution and problem solving takes too long time. Next for calculation was used heuristics insert method and is written by VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) in MS Excel. Finally, there is a comparison of these methods with the original solution of the vehicle routing plan and solution of the bachelor thesis. Then the computational experiment was done, which tested effect to result, if other distribution center (starting point) will be bulit. The computational experiment was consist from heuristic insert method, solver Gurobi and heuristic saving algorithm from bachelor thesis.
