Spirometry in LabVIEW

This bachelor thesis deals with a method of Pulmonary Function Tests called Spirometry. It consists of two parts. The first part introduces individual methods of lung function testing and examines characteristics that describe work of lungs regarding a spirometric curve. The second part based on the characteristics examined in the previous part is focused on implementation of a spirometer within the graphical environment of LabView. The implemented virtual tool is able to show a spirometric curve and to analyse particular characteristics. The corresponding signal and even the analysed characteristics can be saved in a given format into appropriate files.

Optimization method based on TRUST for image registration

The aim of the thesis is optimization for a medical images registration. The basis is to acquaint with the images registration and to peruse component global optimization methods, especially an optimization method TRUST. After theoretic knowledge it is possible to proceed to a suggestion of an optimization method based on the TRUST method and to realize in the program setting MATLAB. Created algorithms has been tested on test data and compared with other optimization methods as Simulated annealing.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the sales support and advertising of the company Autoškola Pernica. It contains a theoretical definition of the most important terms from the field of marketing. My aim was to assess the current situation of the company that sells driving school services. The theoretical part briefly describes marketing generally, as well as sales support and advertising. Issues related to this company are described in the analytical part of the thesis, which also contains SWOT analysis. Based on these analyses, I proposed my own suggestions for improving this company.

This thesis focuses on the communication mix of DCT Czech s.r.o. The aim is to attract new customers and improve sales of cleaning systems in the Malaysian market. The first part deals with theoretical foundations, followed by an analytical section describing the current state of the company. Based on marketing analyses of both internal and external environments of the company, solutions are proposed that should lead to improvements in individual elements of the communication mix.

Prodejní úspěšnost v soutěži oceněných regionálních potravin Jihomoravského kraje

My diploma thesis deals with the sales success in the regional competitions „Regional food“ and „Golden taste of south Moravia“ that have been declared by Agrarian chamber. There are evaluated individual competitors and their awarded food products in the years 2013 to 2017. Conducted surveys of competitors and public opininon are the main subjekt of this thesis. On the basis of the results of surveys there was suggested an improvement for promotion of the proclaimed competitions. There are contained schemes approaching problems solved in the diploma thesis.
