Title: Management comparison of sports organization SK Praga Vysočany with the Norwegian sports organization LYN Fotball Goals: This thesis deals with comparison of Czech and Norwegian non-profit organizations in football area. The aim is to give suggestions for management improvement which will be based on an analysis of managerial functions (planning, organizing, selection and deploying staff, leadership, control) and on subsequent comparison of both clubs. Methods: Semi-structured interview, SWOT analysis, descriptive analysis, comparison Results: The results of this thesis are proposals for improvement in problematic areas of each club which do not work for 100 %. Suggestions for improvement involve managerial functions of planning, organizing and staffing in clubs. Suggestions are focused on sponsorship and promotion as well. Title: Establishing of a sports club as a non-for-profit organisation Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to set general managerial standards, usable as an aid while establishing a sports club as a non-for-profit organisation, and to show their practical use in the process of establishing. Five already existing sports clubs (established as non-for profit organisations) will be analysed. In the first step an analysis of documents (especially law) and analysis of the clubs will be made, followed by a situation analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, we will create a set of norms and practices, helpful for managers establishing a non-for-profit sports club. Methods: In the theoretical part, all areas necessary for establishing a sports club as a non-for-profit organisation were studied - including law, economic activities, management and marketing. Five sports clubs were chosen, intentionally at random. Document analysis has been made, using the club's articles as a source, following the situation analysis for which I have used information gathered by half-structured interviews with the clubs' representatives. Development of Doping and its prohibition in modern Olympism

Title: Development of doping and its prohibition in modern Olympism. Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to present issues of doping. Partial goal is to outline the development of the modern Olympic Movement and to identify the principal points in the development of doping ban, which resulted in the current form of the anti-doping movement. Methods: This is a theoretical thesis. The scientific methods of historical research and document analysis were used to achieve the targets. Results: New substances and methods, that can improve athletic performance, are constantly discovered. However in case of excessive use, these substances can harm human body. Therefore it is necessary to guard their abuse. Unfortunately the biggest breakthroughs in doping prohibition came after athlete's deaths (caused by doping). International Olympic Committee played a fundamental role in the process of doping ban. IOC initiated establish of the World Anti-Doping Agency in 1999. Doping Cases in Czech Sport

Title: Doping Cases in Czech Sport Objectives: The main goal of this work is to analyze doping cases in the Czech Republic by doping findings in terms of doping substances and methods, other doping offense, sport, nature of sampling, sanctions, and gender. Then compare the results with the statistics of doping cases in the world. The purpose is to collect, compare, then process and clarify the current statistics doping cases. Methods: To create work were used document analysis, text interpretation, comparison, collection of data, information and subsequent processing. Results: Among the athletes were punished the most abused group of anabolic substances. The largest representation of all groups detected substances were marijuana and testosterone. Among many other anti-doping rule violations included failing to submit to doping control. Most of doping cases were detected in bodybuilding. Individual athletes were compared with the collective prone to doping. In team sports doping was most widespread among volleyball players, football players and hockey players. Athletes were tested more than the competition out of the competition. The most common punishment for violation of anti-doping rules was two years Ineligibility. Abuse of anabolic steroids of Youth in fitness centers

Title: Abuse of anabolic steroids of Youth in fitness centers Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to determine the current state of the issue of doping Youth visiting the fitness centres and gyms. Another object is the comparison of the current data with data from the research conducted in 2002. Methods: There was applied the method of the sociological questionnaire survey and the interview method in this diploma thesis. The sociological questionnaire survey method was used to determine the current situation dealing with the doping of recreational sporting Youth visiting the fitness centers and gyms. Information obtained during the research have been supplemented by informal interviews with visitors of fitness centers and gyms. Both researches were compared for comparison purposes of present situation with the situation in 2002 and based on the results, conclusions were drawn. Results: The thesis describes the current situation of the issue of doping recreational sporting Youth visiting the fitness centers and gyms. This bachelor thesis is aimed at issues in using prohibited supplements and the associated risks of strength building. The main aim is to find whether sportsmen are using any supplements to cultivate their strength and support growth of muscle mass. Secondly to determine if they are aware of effects to their health in using these supplements. The theoretical section is dealt with definitions of strength, kinds of strength and methods of development in achieving strength. Subsequently, there are examined refining strength capabilities by means of nourishment and food supplements. Eventually, there are inquired into prohibited strength-building substances and their influence on health. The practical section is focused on data and information collection and their subsequent processing. Outcome of data and information is reached by an electronic questionnaire. Doping positive findings of athlets in the Czech republic

Title Positive findings in doping of athletes in the Czech Republic Objectives The aim of this thesis, based on the doping control protocols from 1993 - 2011 provided by the Czech Anti-Doping Committee, is to assess the most commonly abused doping substances and evaluate sports in which doping is most frequently abused, and attitudes of athletes who have violated doping regulations. Methods The main method used in this thesis was an analysis of documents, especially doping protocols, which led to gathering important data and compile final tables, which were subsequently processed and evaluated. Finally, aninterview with two bodybuilders who have received completely different penalties for the same offense. Results This thesis comes to the conclusion that the most commonly used substances are, in order: testosterone, nandrolone, marijuana, ephedrine and then metandienon. The most common individual sports, where the use of doping substances is most commonly encoutered include bodybuilding and powerlifting. In team sports, it is hockey, rugby, water polo and handball.
