The main goal of this diploma thesis is to propose, on the basis of realized analysis of the current state, desirable changes in the concept of personnel management, which will lead to the successful development of the company. The first part is devoted into the theoretical background in human resources. The second part of the thesis analyzes the current state of personnel management in the company. In the final part is proposed the concept of new personnel management.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the ADW AGRO, a. s. company by using financial analysis tools in 2016-2020. The first part of the work is focused on the definition of individual indicators and methods related to financial analysis. In the second part of the work in theoretical part there is information about the analyzed company and the application of selected indicators described. The final part of the work contains an evalution of the results and proposals for solutions that will lead to the improvement of financial health and future development of the company.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of a selected private corporation in the years 2015-2019. The first theoretical part of the work explains the concept of financial analysis, its background and methods of financial analysis. The acquired theoretical knowledge is then applied in the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis. Here, the company is introduced in more detail and the actual financial analysis will be carried out using the indicators mentioned in the introduction. At the end of the work are mentioned proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

Altered morphology of white and grey matter in patients with Alzheimer disease and Schizophrenia on MRI

Cortical folding of the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC), particularly the cingulate (CS) and the paracingulate (PCS) sulci, represents a neurodevelopmental marker. Deviations in in utero development in schizophrenia can be traced using CS and PCS morphometry. In the present study, we measured the length of CS, PCS, and their segments on T1 MRI scans in 93 patients with first episode schizophrenia and 42 healthy controls. Besides the length, the frequency and the left-right asymmetry of CS/PCS were compared in patients and controls. Distribution of the CS and PCS morphotypes in patients was different from controls. Parcellated sulcal pattern CS3a in the left hemisphere was longer in patients (53.8 ± 25.7 mm vs. 32.7 ± 19.4 mm in controls, p < 0.05), while in CS3c it was reversed-longer in controls (52.5 ± 22.5 mm as opposed to 36.2 ± 12.9 mm, n.s. in patients). Non parcellated PCS in the right hemisphere were longer in patients compared to controls (19.4 ± 10.2 mm vs. 12.1 ± 12.4 mm, p < 0.001). Therefore, concurrent presence of PCS1 and CS1 in the left hemisphere and to some extent in the right hemisphere may be suggestive of a higher probability of schizophrenia. Measurement of an hippocampal area or volume is useful in clinical practice as a supportive aid for diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease....

Design of set of compensatory exercises aimed at the hypermobility caused by aerobics

This bachelor thesis deals with compensatory exercises to eliminate hypermobility caused by sports aerobics. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compile a set of compensatory exercises focused on hypermobility. The methods of analysis and subsequent synthesis are used here. The analytical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the literature, basic anatomy of the joints, hypermobility and characteristics of compensatory exercises. The systematic part is focused on compiling an overview of selected compensatory exercises that are focused on eliminating hypermobility caused by sports aerobics in the joints. This work is meant for sports aerobics coaches, who can further apply it in their training process.

Northern League: Umberto Bossi's and Matteo Salvini's role in setting the ideology of this political partz

The bachelors thesis, Northern League (Lega Nord): Umberto Bossi's and Matteo Salvini's role in setting the ideology of this political party, examines the importance and role of the political party leader. The timeframe of this analysis is from 1992 till 1994 and from 2013 till 2018. The intention is to introduce both leaders, the principles of their communication and the foundations of party's ideology in the time of their leadership. The objective of the thesis is to prove that the leader has a major influence in defining the ideology of this political party. The concept of Gideon Rath's and Tamir Shaefer's behavioral and media personalization of politics has been applied further. At the end, the thesis confirms the essential influence of a leader of a political party on its ideology through comparison of the communication of both mentioned leaders, through analysis of their role in defining the ideology of the party, and using examples of personalization of politics. Several expert opinions and articles from electronic media are presented to support the result of this analysis.
