Taxation of Incomes of Students in the Czech Republic

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the student income taxation in the Czech republic. Theoretical base is presented in the first part of this thesis such as fundamental terms related to taxation together with the labor-law relations. The second part of the thesis follows with the income tax, the calculation of the tax obligation and the social insurance system. The final part presents the case studies and comparison of individual labor-law relations. The goal of this thesis is to reach the optimization on taxation of working students.

The second part is practical and here is presented a selected firm, its financial analysis, specified investments and an evaluation of whether to finance the investment with a loan or a lease.

Life satisfaction of Czech children: a comparison of selected researches

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of life satisfaction of children. Theoretical part of the thesis characterizes the term well-being according to various authors and the issues of its Czech translation. Theoretical part also explains approaches to well-being, its components and predictors. The diploma thesis characterizes the term life satisfaction and its predictors as well. In addition, this thesis summarizes the approaches to measurement of life satisfaction of both adults and children. The crucial part of the thesis is the presentation of selected international and Czech researches carried out in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the thesis is to compare methodologies of these researches with respect to the description of research sample, data collection and measurement of life satisfaction. The thesis also aims to compare the results of selected studies and find out whether Czech children are satisfied or not. The results of this thesis show that Czech children are in general satisfied; all selected studies have confirmed that. The researches differ on whether girls are less or more satisfied than boys. Appropriate use of ads on ČT sport channel due to TV ratings of selected sports

Title: Appropriate use of ads on ČT sport channel due to TV ratings of selected sports Objectives: The objective of the thesis is to suggest the best ads for spectators of football, hockey, biathlon, athletics, tennis and skiing broadcasts. We will also analyse advertising that is used in the broadcasts of these sports. Methods: The theoretical part is based on the analysis of documents. Data used in the practical part was identifield through panel surfy, specifically the panel of television viewers. The data was obtained by peoplemeters. Another method that was used in practical part is observation. We observed what types of ads are applied throughout the broadcast of selected sports. Results: The result of the thesis is to recommend the most favorable commercials for each selected sport regarding the viewing public watching the sport broadcast. The other result is an analysis of current ads and their appropriateness for sports fans of the chosen sports. In the analysis, we found that the most frequent viewers of television broadcasts of selected sports are viewers at the age 60 +. The sport which is the most watched by the female audience is a biathlon. We focus on these categories in the recommendation, for example in fotball broadcast, we recommend advertisements for newspaper, sports magazines...
Marketing Plan of FK Mladá Boleslav for Season 2015/2016

Title: Marketing Plan of FK Mladá Boleslav for Season 2015/2016 Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the current marketing plan of FK Mladá Boleslav - detect shortcomings, and then propose an enhanced version. Methods: Two structured interviews were led to obtain the needed information, the first one with head of marketing department Michal Hrdlička, and the second one with FK Mladá Boleslav fan Vojtěch Tichý. Another method used was the document analysis applied to 2015/2016 marketing plan and annual report. Results: While analyzing, it was found that some relevant parts of the marketing plan were missing. Its enhancement proposal, which mainly includes the efficiency improvement of some promotional strategies, is created so in order to correspond with the current situation, and to be feasible.
