Digital factory in the company Ravensburger Kraton s.r.o.

Bachelor’s thesis discusses the analysis of the term digital factory and the related initiative Industry 4.0. The work is processed in cooperation with the company Ravensburger Karton s.r.o. based in Polička and part of the work is devoted to its description. Furthermore, an analysis of the current production monitoring system, which is based on the WorkMonitor monitoring device from company Papouch, is processed. The main goal of this work is to design and manufacture monitoring devices communicating both on the WiFi interface and using an Ethernet cable. The individual ideas of design and production of both devices are described. Finally, an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the solution is performed, including a price comparison with the devices listed in the Market Research chapter.

Recontruction of machine for checking OID codes on the plastic molding

The diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction of the OID code checking device on interactive globes. The thesis was prepared in cooperation with the company Ravensburger Karton s.r.o based in Polička. The first part is devoted to the analysis of Ravensburger Karton s.r.o., description and use of optical identifiers. Then the condition of the original equipment and the company’s requirements for reconstruction are analysed. The analysis of the equipment is followed by an analysis of the market for control systems, drivers and control panels. The market research is followed by the design of the electrical scheme including economic calculation. The installation of the equipment including a new swing arm for the control panel is also described. The last section describes the software design of the device control system including network configuration and the creation of the control panel visualization. Finally, the recovery of the device is described.

Creation and using of interactive digital learning objects

In the first part, the diploma thesis analyses the concept of an interactive educational object which is based on the general definition of an educational object. The introduction of the complex concept of interaction and interactivity into the context of the educational process is an important part of the thesis. The work defines adequate aspects of interactive educational objects by using the quantification of educational interactions and functions, which they perform in the educational process. There are interactive, technical, and didactical aspects. In terms of the required aspects, the work examines and assesses tools available for the creation of interactive educational objects. According to the requirements, the tools are evaluated as the professional competence of teachers, the possibility of implementation of interactive educational functions, required school facilities and equipment, and other relevant aspects. There are parameters of created interactive educational objects which are part of the assessment of the creative tool. The subject of the evaluation is the user interface of the objects and the possibility of its adjustment based on the required educational functions, the support of media formats, the support of current educational methods, and others.
