The Problem of Integration of Roma from Marginalised Roma Communities into the Majority Society in Slovakia

This thesis is a case study focusing on field social workers in marginalized Roma communities in Slovakia, their work and target group. The aim of the thesis is to identify mechanisms to combat generational poverty among Roma in Slovakia. The research question is: "What tools do field social workers use to combat poverty among Roma from marginalized Roma communities (MRC) in Slovakia and what tools do they use with a similar target group abroad?" The qualitative research was carried out in the form of structured in-depth interviews with six fieldworkers working with Roma from the MRC in different regions of Slovakia. Three social workers were employed under non-profit organizations, three under a national project. Hypothesis 1: State support in the fight against poverty is insufficient, therefore the third sector helps to fight poverty. Hypothesis 2: Non-profit organisations have their own mechanisms that they use when working with clients to help them move out of generational poverty. Hypothesis 3: Roma are unable to integrate into mainstream society due to living in generational poverty, which is the same in different excluded communities around the world. Public perception of long-distance adoption

The thesis deals with Distance Adoption from the public perspective. First, the thesis discusses socio-demographic indicators that are most commonly found in poor countries. First of all, it These are various types of social inequality and then poverty. The characteristics go on to to the anchoring of the term Third World and education in it. It seeks to offer some reasons why it is children are denied an education. It then lists 17 goals that the UN wants to achieve by the year 2030. They are presented here the types of natural disasters that cause a wide range of calamities. The text then flows the most common forms of aid. Goal of this bachelor thesis is to give an instruction about ways and possibilities to reach a subsidy. In the first part is subscribe clearly theoretically few pages about applied research, including dividing and describing the most often use research methods. In the second part bachelor thesis point on describing organization which gives a subsidy and describing subjects which can receive a subsidy. In the third part is the description of few projects, which were successfully finished.
Historical Development, The Present and Prospective Development Trends of Nonprofit Organisations in the Czech Republic

The non-profit sector in the Czech Republic has undergone a significant transformation over the last 120 years. This thesis describes the beginnings of the non-profit sector, its heyday in the First Republic period, as well as the period of decline during the Second World War. Equally, how the civil society developed in the 1970s, on which basis the non-profit sector is built today. The diploma thesis depicts the role of civil society within the non-profit sector, issues and difficulties of the non-profit sector in The Czech Republic and explains to the reader the typology and problems of terminology for the non-profit sector. The last segment of the theoretical part deals with the prospective trends in the non-profit sector, and then in an empirical survey, tries to determine whether we can observe the onset of these promising trends in the Czech Republic. The diploma thesis contains two types of research in this direction: quantitative and qualitative.
Autism and financial knowledge in primary education

The aim of my dissertation Autism and a financial literacy is comparing the differences between the education of autistic pupils at special elementary schools or at elementary school in inclusion….. Next monitoring the summary of financial literacy of autistics. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part contains the information about autism, the list of autistic disorders, methods and possibilities of training of autistic pupils and describes possible causes of its formation. In the practical part I describe the differences between the education of autistic pupils at special elementary school and in inclusion at elementary school ….The research is concerned with the summary and the comparison of financial literacy knowledge of an autistic pupil at primary school with his healthy schoolmates.
The Current Level of Financial Education at Secondary Schools in the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current level of financial education at secondary schools in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on knowledge of financial education, financial literacy and Standard of the Financial Literacy. At the same time, the results of the international PISA 2012 survey are described here. The essence of the empirical part is a research project. The main objective of this research is to determine whether and how deeply secondary schools incorporate Standard of the Financial Literacy into their School Education Programs. On the basis of this survey, the conclusions as well as suggestions and recommendations for pedagogical practice are presented.
Evaluation of Training Effectiveness of FOXCONN, s.r.o. company

This thesis deals with the practical aspects of corporate training with the main focus on assessment and measurement of its outputs and effectiveness. The theoretical part introduces to the reader the concepts of corporate education and professional development as well as with their current trends. Next chapters describe the methods of analyzing educational needs and defining development goals. Moreover, various models of assessing the training effectiveness are presented. The application part of this thesis consists of empirical research conducted in the FOXCONN corporation. The purpose of this research was to evaluate training effectiveness of two types of trainings, using Kirkpatrick and Brinkerhoff models, and to address current issues of corporate education and propose solutions to them.
Optimisation of educational system in selected company

The aim of bachelor´s thesis Optimisation of educational system in selected company is the educaion of employees in company Wüstenrot stavební spořitelna, a.s.. The objective is to design optimisation of educational system which improve actual system. In theoretical part we will look closer at the meaning of adult´s education. In analysis of the system, there is described chat system of education Wüstenrot stavební spořitelna, a.s. uses. The main objective of research is to find out what is the level of employees´ satisfaction with educational system. This research will help make out SWOT analysis which define the strenghts and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The optimisation proposal is focused on improvement of actual educational system.
Specifics of work with gifted pupils in secondary education

Bachelor thesis is focused on problematics of education of gifted children at secondary level of education including integrated gifted children into average classes as same as segregated gifted to special groups Content of the thesis is primaryly focused on education in economics objects on bussiness academies, economic grammar schools and other high schools with economics lessons. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretic part is dedicated to analysis of professional literature dealing with education of gifted children The content of the second empirical part is analysis of current level of education of gifted children at these schools and generally at all schools. Further analysis of legislative documents and organizations focused on gifted. The main part of the second part of the thesis are conclusions of quantitative and qualitative research. In the last part I propose appropriate activities for talented students interested in economy.
