Derivatization method for determination of cholesterol in biological material by gas chromatography
Krausová, Martina ; Solich, Petr (advisor) ; Šatínský, Dalibor (referee)
Název práce : Derivatizační metoda pro stanovení cholesterolu v biologickém materiálu metodou plynové chromatografie Diplomant : Martina Krausová Abstrakt Analysed matters mostly occur in complicated mixtures in biological material. It is necessary to separate individual analits. Gas chromatography can be used for this purpose. It is sensitive analytical method with great separative effect. This method is applied with substance which can be turned into vapour by heating them. Substance that dissolves when heated must be put through derivation reaction at the rise of volatile derivatives. One of these derivative methods is described in this diploma work. This reaction is acylation of cholesterol into acyl - cholesterol which can be determined thanks to it's volatility by gas chromatography.

"Major Zeman": Comparative analysis of verbal narratives and TV serial presentations
Krausová, Martina ; Bílek, Petr (advisor) ; Činátlová, Blanka (referee)
The diploma thesis "Major Zeman": Comparative analysis of verbal narratives and TV serial presentations deals with two narrative media that depict the Zeman's story: a literary narrative by Jiří Procházka and its realization as TV series. Factors affecting the resulting form of both versions were identified by means of a gradual analysis of each of the versions. These factors were external interventions made by a management of a TV company and by its professional advisors as well as a mutual rivality of producers of the series. A focus to a TV audience and a literary ambition of Procházka, who attempted to step over the boundaries of a crimi genre, played their roles as well. These all resulted in two differently conceived fiction worlds. The narrative world, built on a myth-building principle, appears to be coherent, joined by an unifying ideological line. On the contrary, the TV series world appears to be scattered.

The activation of attention student in economics
Krausová, Martina ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor) ; Krpálková Krelová, Katarína (referee)
This bachelor thesis gives a theoretical background of how to successfully activate and influence attention of adolescent students. For this it is necessary to know specific psychological particularities of this age group, which are described in the first chapter of the theoretical part. The second chapter talks about the essence of attention, its types, connection with other mental processes and motivation. We can find here also factors influencing attention either positively or negatively, and characteristics of impulses provoking attention. Thanks to these assumptions it is possible to better adjust components of teaching process (teaching methods, organizational forms, etc.). The third chapter describes the process and results of research which examines the presence of loss of attention and associated boredom during classes of economics. It also refers to the use of activating methods in teaching, as well as the use of modern teaching techniques.
