The Usage of Sensory Integration within Occupational Therapy in children with autism spectrum disorder
Kozáková, Veronika ; Gerlichová, Markéta (advisor) ; Krulová, Anna (referee)
The thesis aims to describe the approach of sensory integration according to Jean Ayres and examine the possibilities for the usage in occupational therapy for children suffering from autism spectrum disorder. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic knowledge about sensory integration and occupational therapy related to autism spectrum disorder. The practical part tackles the terms of using sensory integration and therapeutic activities focused on particular sensory processing disorders of children with autism spectrum disorder. Sensory integration approach was developed by occupational therapist. Sensory integration approach defines three primary diagnostic groups of sensory processing disorders, provides evaluations and sensory integration activities. Based on observed data, sensory integration can be used in occupational therapy as a means to treat autistic children suffering from sensory processing disorder Key words: Sensory Integration Occupational Therapy Sensory Processing Disorder Autism Spectrum Disorder

Time-Resolved Fluorescence of Protoporphyrin IX
Kozáková, Veronika ; Dědic, Roman (advisor) ; Fučíková, Anna (referee)
Title: Time-Resolved Fluorescence of Protoporphyrin IX Author: Veronika Kozáková Department: Department of Chemical Physics and Optics Supervisor: doc. RNDr. Roman Dědic, Ph.D., Department of Chemical Physics and Optics Abstract: The bachelor thesis deals with concentration dependence of endogeneous photosensitizer Protoporphyrin IX fluorescence lifetimes in model solutions in THF and DMSO using time-correlated single photon counting technique. Protoporphyrin IX represents a photosensitizer utilized in photodynamic therapy and photodiagnosis of oncologic and other chronic diseases. It is naturally occuring precursor in biosynthesis of heme in cells. Biologically relevant concentration ranges of Protoporphyrin IX were investigated. Increasing lifetimes with increasing concetrations of Protoporphyrin IX were found both in THF and in DMSO. The increase from 8.85 ns to 9.22 ns in the former is under 3% experimental uncertainty. The increase from 9.96 ns to 12.29 ns is well over the uncertainty in the case of DMSO. Keywords: fluorescence, TCSPC, Protoporphyrin IX
Vlivy evropských ekonomických sankcí na tržní hodnotu vybraných ruských podniků
Kozáková, Veronika
Bachelor's thesis deals with the impact of European sanctions on the MICEX stock exchange index and market value of selected Russian enterprises. The index is compared with the major issues of shares as Gazprom, Sberbank, Rosneft and indexes of financial and oil sectors. The aim is to determine how developed the Russian stock market after the imposition of sanctions. The theoretical part describes the events of the Ukrainian crisis and its impact on the Russian market. In the practical part are used econometric models to determine the development of volatility, income and structural break in the mean value of individual stocks after the imposition of sanctions.
