In this thesis I focus on the donor behavior fo the population in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to identify basic factor, that may influence the decision to provide donation to non-profit organizations. There are currently no similar re-searches in the Czech Republic. Firstly, in the theoretical part I define basic infor-mation about non-profit organizations, non-profit marketing, funding of non-profit organizations and also donor behaviour. In the practical part I reveal the analysis of quantitative research. Throught the questionnaire survey, there are identified determinants and motivation of research sample leading to philanthrop-ic behavior. Factor such as gender, income and age have an effect on donor behav-iour. The basic motivation of individual donation are values, psychological costs and benefits, efficacy and solicitation.
Caring for patient with colostomy

This BA essay deals with the subject of colostomy patient treatment. Theoretical knowledge, skills, and my practical experiences concerning the care for patients with colostomy are described in two separate chapters. The first chapter describes general knowledge - for instance, the illnesses for which colostomy is determined or the assortment of stomachic aids. The second chapter is more or less concerned about practical experiences -the evaluation of the state of health of colostomy patients or a plan of further care. The empirical part is based upon an examination of skills and knowledge of nurses from Podhorska Hospital, in the area of care for patients with colostomy, using the method of non- standardized questionnaire.
The importance of philantrophy for marketing activities of company

This thesis focuses on philanthropic activities. Its mission is to identify what specific philanthropic activities is devoted to company O2 Czech Republic, the importance to these activities in relation to the marketing of the company. It is also its task by its own research to find out what attitude consumers have in relation to these activities, how they influence their purchasing decision process and on the basis of these findings to identify the real importance of these activities for the marketing activities of the company.

The thesis deals with body image and its main focus is to analyze the attitude of a typical Czech consumer in connection with this issue. Its main topic is to find out the proper response for the question: How important is for a typical Czech consumer to look well and what does she do to look this way? Further analysis deals with the attitude of cosmetic producers to body image, how important it is for them and to compare the relationship between a typical Czech consumer and the cosmetic producers to body image.

Bakalářská práce charakterizuje oblast kulturního cestovního ruchu se zaměřením na výstavu a provádí aplikaci na konkrétní kulturní instituci - Galerii Rudolfinum. Je zde uveden profil kulturního turisty a také současná situace ve světě i v České republice. Práce pojednává o kulturní destinaci, charakterizuje základní a rozšířený produkt a uvádí jednotlivé kroky přípravy a realizace výstavy. V závěru se bakalářská práce soustředí na charakteristiku Galerie Rudolfinum a zhodnocení úrovně jejích poskytovaných služeb.
