Analysis and Revision Design of Motivation Program of Selected Company

The B.A. thesis is focused on the motivational plan of the branch of the Siemens Company in Mohelnice. The motivational plan of the Siemens Company is analyzed and the analysis of particular elements of the motivational plan is made. The correctness of application of the motivational plan and its effects on the employees are also examined. The results of the analysis were used for presenting one´s own improved propositions which should lead to higher efficiency of the motivational plan and to greater satisfaction of the employees.

This thesis contains own suggestions for organizing a summer camp for children, staffing, promotion, camp program and economic evaluation. The main objective will be to determine whether this proposal will be feasible.

It includes analysis of problems, identification of causes and possible solutions.

Possibilities of psychological intervention in the sphere of crime prevention

This Diploma Thesis deals with crime prevention, especially with psychological aspects of this interdisciplinary field. The content of this work is divided in two main sections, theoretical and research section. The theoretical section introduces basic concepts of crime prevention, criminogenic theory and the most important psychological aspects of criminality. The research section monitors 18 selected psychological criminogenic factors that are evaluated by respondents from the professional community according to the importance for the development of delinquent behavior and according to the possibility of their elimination by psychological instruments. Recommendations of psychological interventions suitable for the elimination of criminogenic factors and a personal experience in this field are attached by research respondents too. Summary of findings provides background for the use of psychological interventions in crime prevention practice.

Preconditions, requirements and circumstances of dignified dying

Résumé For a man, the issues of death and dying represent a very fundamental topic, which is sometimes filled with concerns. The "modern" way of living brings about many improvements and simplifications; at the same time, nevertheless, it also brings a lot of depersonalisation. The purpose of this PhD thesis is to open and map the conditions and circumstances of the dignified dying in both ways - in theoretical form, as well as (above all) in the form of a qualitative research. The introduction of the thesis presents the reasons why such a tender topic was selected and it further defines the terms that are elemental for the thesis. After the introduction there follows the comprehensive survey of mainly the theoretical approaches, that are touched by this thesis. The theoretical part opens the view to contemporary conceptions and desires connected with death and dying. It also partly opens the question of the reasons why people fear the death. Last but not least, the theoretical part covers the essence, danger and current anchoring of the right to dignified dying. There follows the very qualitative research after the theoretical part. The motivation of volunteers in nonprofit organization

Based on the growth of social needs non-profit organization became more relevant over the past decade. An integral part of nonprofit organizations are volunteers, people who do not receive any financial reward for their activities. It is therefore clear that for their work in the nonprofit organization salary can not be the main motivation, how could it be for some paid jobs. Theoretical part of the bachelor thesis aims to clarify volunteers's motivating factors and tools that nonprofit organizations use to encourage their motivation. The analytical part presents methods how to motivate volunteers in the system of a specific nonprofit organization. Questionnaires from volunteers were used to find a satisfaction with this system. The results of the analysis will propose possible changes that could lead to improvement of the current system.
