Spa Jeseník as a possibility of movement activities for all generations

Title: Spa Jeseníkas an opportunity for exercise activities for all generations Objectives: The objective of the study analyzes physical activities for all age category in the Spa Jeseník, identify visitors' goals andpoint to the potential of Jeseník Spa and the surrounding countryside Methods: There were used the methods of - evaluation of recreational tourism potential, questionnaire designed for visitors of the Jeseník Spa and SWOT analysis. Results: Evaluating the tourism potential in Spa Jeseník, ranks Jeseník area among the top localizations with high tourism potential, making the area an appropriate place for recreation. The survey showed that the spa is generally visited by older generations, and thus we can assume, that Spa Jeseník's main purpose is to treat its visitors' health issues. Younger generation, form only a small portion of visitors, which led to the creation of weekly programs, that could lead to an increase in traffic from younger generations. Experience and risk sensation in skitouring

Title: Experience and risk sensation in ski touring Objectives: Main goal of this thesis is the analysis of experience and risk sensation of people practicing ski touring. To discover how athletes perceive these conditions and fears during the given activity, how does it influence their behavior and what are they doing to minimize the risks. Methods: All the data presented in the empirical part of this thesis were collected through semi-structured interview and a questionnaire with closed questions. There were 44 participants in the study between the age of 20 and 51. The data obtained through an online questionnaire were evaluated using Microsoft Office Excel 2010. The outcome values were entered into a clear table and further used for a more detailed analysis. The interviews were recorded using a tape recorder. The audio recordings were transcribed into a text version. After that the document was evaluated and rephrased into a more comprehensible form and divided into categories using coding method, which helped simplify the text manipulation. The impact of teambuilding outdoor courses from the students perspective

Goals: The goal of the thesis is to find out the benefits of teambuilding courses and the opinion of their participants after nine years. Methods: It is a case study of a chosen class from the Prague High School of Jan Neruda. The research sample consisted of 12 high school graduates at the age of 21 - 22 years who participated on a teambuilding course in Mozolov in October 2010. The research was conducted in the form of semistructured interviews, the data were analysed by basic statistics and the results were interpreted in tables by the counts of answers. Results: By analysing the interviews we found that the teambuilding course significantly affected the creation of social relationships within the class. These relationships were further deepened throughout the high school studies, as mentioned ten respondents. Ten respondents also answered that they tried new activities during the course, however only three have been practicing some of them after the course. The main memory from the teambuilding course was the first social moment. Conclusion: The teambuilding course effects the creating and deepening of social relationships and facilitates the first contact with classmates and teachers. Adaptation courses in grammar schools in Prague

Title: Adaptation courses in grammar schools in Prague Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map the situation at grammar schools in Prague considering the organization of adaption courses, their lenght, venue, staffing and program content. Methods: The examined group consisted of 19 grammar schools in Prague. The data collection was done by using electronic correspondence. As a research method was used an electronic questionnaire that contained 13 questions. The data was analyzed and evaluated by basic statistical methods. The graphs were used for interpretstion of data. Results: All of the grammar schools participating in this survey organize ski and adaptation courses. The adaptation courses every schools includes outdoor activities in the nature in their program of courses of adaptation - especially games that focus on getting to know each other. 18 out of 19 grammar schools include games that develop communication skills and 17 grammar schools use games develop trust. 15 grammar schools include hiking and 13 grammar schools include rope obstacles. In every grammar school the staff consists of teachers of the specific class, 2/3 of schools arrange their courses in recreational use recreational centers with camp cabins and 1/3 in boarding houses. Use of outdoor activities in extracuricular education in Sedlčany region

Title: Application of Outdoor Activities Program in After-school Childcare Programs in the Region of Sedlcansko Goals: The goal of this thesis is to apply a program of games in nature and verify its popularity in the afterschool programs environment. Methods: The research sample consisted of 121 children and 13 teachers, who participated in the designed program. The program was applied in nine afterschool programs of the Sedlcansko region. We designed questionnaires that were used to determine attractivity and usability of the program. The questionnaires were filled in by the children and the teachers separately. The data obtained from the questionnaires was processed using contingency tables and frequencies. The results were displayed using graphs. Results: We created two versions of a 1.5 hour-long program: for natural and gym environments. Games introduced in the natural environment received an average rating of 1.38 compared to the rating of 1.23 for the gym environment measured on a scale 1 -5, with one being the. The average difficulty rating of all games given by the teachers is 1.78, which is close to level 2 -moerate difficulty. 33.03 % students chose as a best game a game that included the ropes course. TITLE: Climbing walls on Basic and Secondary school in South Bohemia. OBJECTIVES: The aim of this thesis was to determine the number of elementary and secondary schools in South Bohemia, they're using wall climbing in physical education lesson. How many schools owns a climbing wall and what's they're material equipment. METHODS: This thesis is made up as a research with survey and questionnaire methods. First of all it was made the survey to determine, which schools are using wall climbing in physical education lesson. Then to this schools was sent the questionnaire with fourteen questions about the wall, lessons and material equipment. The data were processed in statistical program Excel and presented with the help of created graphs. RESULTS: This work shows actual state of using wall climbing in elementary and secondary schools. In South Bohemia makes this 16 schools of the total number of 378, witch represents a little bit more than 4%. Further it was investigated the method of inlusion this activity straight in to the physical education lessons and material equipment that each of this school owns. Title: Evaluation of pupils' interest in adventure activities during school physical education lessons Objectives: The aim of the master thesis is to evaluate the interest in adventurous activities of pupils aged 11 to 15 at the Elementary school Bronzová in Prague, based on a set up adventurous program. Methods: The research sample consisted of 145 pupils, aged 11 to 15, 78 girls and 67 boys. Data were gathered by a questionnaire, which included closed, semi-closed and open questions addressed to pupils. Further data were collected by teachers' observation. Gathered data were recorded in writing, graphically processed and evaluated. Results: Results showed that pupils were actively involved in the adventurous programme and were interested in adventurous activities within the physical education lessons. They have experienced the greatest adventure on the obstacles and during trust activities. Pupils do not seek adventurous activities during their free time. The aim of the work is to verify how and whether movement games for these children are important at all, how they spend their free time and how their family situation reflects on spending their free time. The research was conducted in the form of short interviews with children.
