In the theoretical part, the concepts will be explained, in the analytical will be analyzed the current state of the system of employee remuneration and in the last design part will be proposed a new system of employee remuneration.

Prohibition of discrimination in labor relations on grounds of gender

This thesis deals with the prohibition of discrimination in labor law relations on grounds of gender. Discrimination in labor law relations is only part of the broad issue of discrimination, but the importance of labor relations in the society makes this issue it very important. Discrimination on grounds of gender is specific in that it covers a wide range of social groups, and despite the long development and changes in society, which was achieved with great effort of many organizations and individuals, is still the subject to date. The objective of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view on the issue by analysis of the evolution of sex discrimination in the historical context, analysis of current legislation and isolating social phenomena that have influence on this issue. The thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters and conclusion. The first chapter is devoted to defining the basic terms and their evolution and changes in historical context. This chapter is divided into two parts, each of which addresses one of the main concepts of this work. These concepts are equality and discrimination. Position of the Slovak National Council 1944-1948

This Thesis analyses the position of the Slovak National Council from 1944 through 1948 as a body that had acquired all legislative, executive and government powers after its revolutionary establishment in Slovakia. The Thesis also deals with the period preceding the constitution of the Slovak National Council in order to point out the historical reasons of establishment of this Slovak national authority in light of developing Czech-Slovak relationships from late 18th century to the Slovak National Uprising, after which the Slovak National Council had been established and taken the reins thereof afterwards. The Slovak National Council is considered in this Thesis a Slovak national authority which originated under the circumstances of the historical period as an expression of the Slovak nation's independence concurrently entering the anti-fascist and anti-nationalist struggle aimed at release from the factual German thraldom. The hilltop site of Baba, Prague 6 - Dejvice. Prehistoric settlement and new evidence of it

The Baba hilltop in Dejvice, Prague 6 is a morphologically distinct hilltop, located at a strategie confluence of the Vltava river and the Šarecký stream. Thanks to this, its prehistoric inhabitants had a very good view over the activities going on in Prague's residential areas, especially over the important trail on the Vltava river or along its banks. Due to to the promontory character of the hilltop, its inhabitants could enjoy the advantage of great defense possibility and dominance in the region. lt is natural that in prehistory Baba was populated and served to its neighborhood as a place of central significance. The first part of this thesis assesses the natural background of the area and overviews the existing research at the site. lt focuses mainly on the research carried out between 1974 and 1978, which forms the basis of our present knowledge of the Baba settlement, and also on the new research of 2004 that came up with new documentations of the settlement. The next part of the thesis describes the particular stages of the settlement process and interprets various residential elements. The oldest settlement documented on the hilltop is from the period of the Funnel Beaker Culture (FBC), dated between its third and fourth stage.
